i spoke to the assemblymen today to ask what republicans are thinking. >> i am not for the decision making, that party hires experts to take a very close look at provisional ballots, mailing balance, and make an expert decision whether a recount is necessary. >> this race was so close and in the simply racy vote for two out of four. the top vote getter, was separated by the bottom vote getter by only about 500 boats. the the decision to have a recount affects others too. >> in the days of the electronic polling booths, i would say no, but anything is possible. >> so all of those things factor in. >> vote electronically, votes are tallied that day, what took so long to get to the point where they figured out he was 77 votes ahead ahead question work. >> mostly when there's a provisional tally, like on a temporary basis they validated later on to make sure that you had the right to vote in that district. that takes time. also. >> like someone who may have
