high security threat level ever. officials search for a key suspect in the terrorist attacks. in france police found a suicide vest's not detonated, the discovery in a garbage can, a paris suburb. it matched the location linked to the cellphone the night of the attacks. the suicide vests the same configuration of those worn by the other jihadists who died ten days ago. authorities attempt to ascertain why that vest was abandoned. did it malfunction or did salah abdelslam abort the mission. salah abdelslam is believed to be in belgium or using his old isis network as a resource to leave a capture. there was word that turkish officials say they warned france and belgium of some of these jihadists implicated in the paris terrorist attacks. for more than a year ago. they have been telling them time and time again these guys and
