homeless shelter at 1:30 this morning after six hours on the run. he was originally arrested for a misdemeanor but escaped a police vehicle while handcuffed. police say he made a run near broadway and franklin streets and they believe he flipped into a nearby subway station to get away. he is at least the sixth prisoner since june to escape so about a month. juliet: bill deblasio has been talking about the homeless problem that is a problem. now he has a plan to deal with that crisis. homeless out reach and mobile engage in st. action teams sounds very super hero edge, it adds 137 workers to the department of homeless services for one on one personal approach to each individual homeless person. >> everyday scenes expect hot spots to greet homeless
