christmas lights, that kind of stuff they got that here as well as christmas cards. you may be wondering what is open on christmas, a few stores, 711, family dollar, rite-aid and cvs, starbucks may be open, there is also an idea to get people gift cards, electronics, that is available here as well. heading into the holiday shopping season it has been disappointing for retailers, haven't been able to come up with the numbers they usually, part of the reason is this unseasonably warm weather, a cold winter as you see here, a lot of stores reporting they're not selling it, the good news for us is the day after christmas savvy shoppers should know a great day for awesome deals, it is the third busiest day in terms of holiday shopping season and a lot of places you find things that 40% off,

kerry: time is 5:19, tragedy in brooklyn when an elderly woman is struck and killed by a van. at yesterday's afternoon. police say the 77-year-old woman was trying to cross the road at least 21st street, the van's driver has been arrested and charged with failure to yield the right of way and failure to exercise due care. the woman's identity has not been released. robert: a woman and her two daughters were hit by a car while crossing the street, they were reported walking near the intersection of old country road and newbridge road when they were struck at 10:00 p.m. newsday reported the woman and 4-year-old daughter are in critical condition. her other daughter is in serious condition. the driver of the car remained at the scene and was being interviewed by police. kerry: positive news for city bike as the ends, once a struggling company has turned things around about it record 10

need a few last-minute things. the manager at walgreen's said they have been doing so well with sales they have a lot of toys stocks up on shelves from november to december and a lot of things and gone already. they are offering a lot of different sales, suitcases that you see, the new york teams, these are always funny you might wonder what else is open on christmas, 711, cvs, family dollar stores, rite-aid, starbucks locations will be available and it has been a disappointing shopping season so far this year. part of that is this unseasonably warm weather, you see the glove that stuff, winter weather, you don't need it, retailers trying to make up for the sales they have lost and the day after christmas is a big day in terms of sales, an average of
