around 1130 last night inside this building on broome street . the daily news says 25-year-old man was in the elevator when it began to fall. he shoved his 43-year-old woman out that he was crushed when he tried to get out. they told the paper it took 20 30 minutes for rescuers to arrive.the man was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead . the building had 3 current violations for elevator defects. the man did not live there. he was just there for a party. juliet: that is terrible! ben: bill cosby is breaking his silence but not saying much. juliet: he sent out it's simple to saying thank you. he was arraigned on sexual assault charges accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a former employee back in 2004. lawyers say the charges are
