11-month-old baby this morning at home in the babysitter is charged with kidnapping. prosecutors accuse the 20-year-old christina fitzpatrick of taking the bay from a home after the mother left him in her care. fitzpatrick and the baby were gone when she returned. when the mom called, she refused to return the child. fitzpatrick was found with the baby unharmed in west hempstead long island. the bail is set at $300,000. >> much more still to come. the new push to lower the drinking age. we will tell you the age they are suggesting. mike is watching the forecast. it's nice outside. >> the colder air is coming
