at his neighborhood the occurs store on astoria boulevard. after a brief argument, he sprayed some sort of chemical accelerant on the man in the store owner. from there, the neighborhood went into lock down. they found him around 5:40 pm on 42nd st. he was attempting to break into an apartment. in his hand ? this green knife and a bottle. they demanded they dropped the knife and the bottle. he refused and the suspect then sprayed the two officers with the liquid , burning their hands and face. the officers responded with gunfire. his family said he recently stopped taking his medication and his billing minister this area for a
