the worker inside of the bodegas kick the man out and ran across the street to alert his coworker or colleague on the other side in the bodega across the street. this man was attempting to peddle his wares and that's where dispute broke out there was a scuffle with this man and police responded . asthey attempted to intervene , we are told the 30-year-old suspect pulled a gun from the officer's holster and was yanking the gunfrom the holster and started firing.5 rounds let off . one of those rounds or at least one hit the worker that followed the man inside the store.
