the hunt for a missing and endangered man--who they believe-- may have a gun. authorities say 50- year-old robert allen baker last over the phone

comments have them concerned for his well-being. authorities say baker may be heading towards the ocala national forest area-- in a 2001 red dodge caravan with the florida tag 8-6-5-3p-r. baker has been known to carry weapons, and may be armed and dangerous. if you see him, do not approach him... just call 9-1-1. in orange county-- the man accused of dragging an orlando police officer with his truck... will be in court today. trayston morgan was arrested yesterday-- after police say they recognized his pick- up from a prior arrest. morgan is accused of grabbing officer traffic stop... and alongside the truck. yesterday morning along kaley and division avenue. later found his pick-up abandoned... and traced it back to right now-- he is facing charges of fleeing and eluding an officer. the officer that was injured has been diagnosed with a concussion. happening today-- killer is scheduled

oscar ray bolin is scheduled to die by lethal injection at florida state prison. bolin was convicted by 10 different juries... for the murders of three young women in the tampa bay area. but for nearly 30 years... bolin has claimed he is innocent. he says he was framed by investigators and a discredited f-b-i agent. yesterday-- our sister station in tampa sat down with bolin-- for an exclusive interview. bolin's execution is set for 6 o'clock tonight. meanwhile, in volusia county-- the man accused of killing his wife and her two kids will face a judge today. a hearing is set for luis toledo at 10 o'clock this morning.

the defense are expected. last month-- a judge granted a request of toledo's trial to saint augustine. toledo is accused of killing his wife yessenia suarez and children back in 20- 13. their bodies have never been found. the florida assessment will be harder for students to pass this year... for schools to get a better grade. the florida board of education approved system for the f-s-a at their meeting yesterday. more kids are expected to fail... under this harder scoring plan. but-- at the same meeting-- the board approved of a new grading formula for schools-- that makes it easier to get a good grade. some people expect school grades to stay low, though... because of the f-s-a decision. on the business watch... plummeting oil prices --and concerns in china --have dropped the dow jones industrial average to a three-month low. that drop is expected to continue today... with the chinese stock market halting-- for a second time this week- following another major plunge.

indulge in a hot or iced macchiato today. america runs on dunkin'. hoverboard --right out from under a child's feet. it happened tuesday in deltona along azora drive. a 10 and 11 year old girl were riding their hoverboards near their home after school. deputies say three teens in a silver honda approached them and asked if they could ride. according to the police report... when the girls refused, one of the teens pushed one of the girls off the toy and took it. the girls say they tried get the toy back... and when they couldn't they ran inside and told their mom. deputies were able to catch up with the teens and arrest them... but the hoverboard wasn't found. they're facing robbery and grand theft charges. today-- a sheriff in oregon is planning to talk to the militia

a mother-- accused of killing her own daughter -- rejected a plea deal. yesterday-- sujatha guduru had the option to plead guilty and spend 30 years in prison. she says she wants to go to prison for the rest of her life investigators say guduru told them she killed her 17- year-old daughter-- in their oviedo home back in 20-14. then-- she tried to kill herself. the judge ordered another mental evaluation. but the plea deal is now off the table. a roadway in the works for years, will open soon. the first completed section of the wekiva parkway will weeks. stretch will link 435. when the project is the wekiva parkway will be a 25-mile toll road. attorneys have dash-cam audio and who died after being from a colhoun county hospital. trt-5 sec police forcibly

calhoun liberty hospital. dawson had gone to the hospital complaining of a breathing problem, but when the hospital discharged her, she refused to leave. the medical examiner says dawson died of a blood clot in her lungs, shortly after being removed from the hospital. the state agency for health care administration has opened an investigation into dawson's death. the mother of a h)cksonville toddler has pleaded guilty to child neglect. 26 year old lonna barton could be called on to testify against her boyfriend. that boyfriend, william ebron junior, was also arrested after the toddler disappeared in july. lonzie barton was 21 months old and hasn't been seen since ebron junior reported him missing. ebron is charged with child neglect. he goes on trial next week. at this hour... the nation's largest gun rights organization will not be attending president obama's town hall on gun violence tonight. the n-r-a declined an

playhouse! eugenio and victoria erquiaga turned themselves in yesterday. deputies say they kept their 12-year- old special needs child tied up inside the playhouse-- because she was "violent and a danger" to her siblings. the couple admitted to doing this on several occasions. deputies discovered what was happening... after the child escaped and went to a neighbors house. the couple is being held without bail-- on charges of aggravated child abuse. a polk county man in critical condition-- after he was struck by a train. it happened around 6 o'clock tuesday night...along the tracks near u-s 92 in deputies say the conductor saw 45- year-old sheldon sharpe standing near the tracks. he blew the horn-- but sharpe had headphones in his sharpe was taken to the hospital-- where he had surgery. the f-b-i is looking for a serial jewerly thief-- who's hit up stores in 5 states... including one in panama city. the woman is in her late 20's or early 30's... and has been caught on camera several times.
