deadly shooting outside of a daytona beach nightclub. >> john: the shooting happened on new year's eve. and jackie orozco is live with more on how the suspects were caught -- andrea jackson is live there. >> reporter: good morning to you. 30-year-old anthony dawson held without bond at the volusia county jail. is he charged with two counts of first degree murder. he's charged in connection with the deaths of two men outside of daytona beach nightclub on new year's day. investigators said that three men were involved in a fight outside of the night club when shots were filed killing two men. mayo, one of the suspects, is still on the run. if you have any information on

you asked to contact the daytona beach police department. >> john: the brevard county woman accused of driving drunk with four kids in her car is set to go in front of a judge today. 33 -year-old jaclyn tadrous was spotted driving erratically on u.s. 1. police pulled over her car and9yh= found four kids in the car, the youngest being two years old. >> a couple patrols were able to catch up with her. she didn't have lights on. they attempted to stop her. she made a u-turn. and they were finally able to stop her. >> the kids in the car were not even hers police say. she was on probation for a dui conviction in 2015 and also

>> john: a sad day for the music industry and fans around the world. >> amy: david bowie has died of cancer. >> reporter: the rock ' n' roll i conpassed away at the age of 69. this is a look outside of bowie's new york city apartment where a small memorial is continuing to get bigger and bigger. a family spokesperson said that quote, ashes to ashes, the singer was surrounded by his family after an 18 month battle of cancer. this comes two days after a release of his 29th album. he reportedly suffered a heart attack in the early 2000s and it was not widely known that he was struggling with cancer. this comes as a real surprise to many. his last performance was in 1990.

he had been battling cannes for about 18 months. he just turned 69 last friday. the very same day he released an album called black star. he was born under the name of david jones. in a statement, his family asks for privacy in this time of grief. >> john: an investigation is under way after a man is hit and killed on the train tracks in downtown orlando. >> amy: that kicks-off the morning rush. between colonial and concord. 2 miles north of the amtrak station in orlando. 26-year-old samuel perez was hit about 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. he was trespassing on the tracks when he was killed. the deadly crash delayed the train for about two hours. almost 200 people were on board. passengers we spoke to said they were very upset.
