from the attractions to downtown, 13 minutes, and the 408 is pretty much up to speed as well. >> amy: recall new this morning. an arrest made in a deadly shooting outside of a daytona beach nightclub. >> john: that shooting happened on new year's eve. fox 35's andrea jackson has more on how the suspect was caught. >> reporter: good morning. a 30-year-old anthony dawson being held here at the volusia county jail charged with two counts of first degree murder. dawson is charged in connection with the deaths of two men outside of a daytona beach nightclub in the early morning hours of new year's day. the club on pearl street near bet union cookman in daytona beach. three men were involved in a fight when shots were fired and killed two men and wounded one another.

his album released two days ago, his birthday. he suffered a heart attack a few years ago and it was not widely known that he was struggling with cancer until the news came out. germany is crediting him, with in part, bringing down the berlin wall. you can go through the list of celebrities mentioning david bowie this morning. >> john: a woman accused of driving drunk with four kids in her car is set to go before a judge today. 33-year-old jaclyn tadrous was arrested in melbourne. another driver saw her driving erratically and called police. police were finally able to catch up to her and found out that she had four kids in her car, and the kids were not even hers. >> they caught up with her.

she made a u-turn and went down to o galley where they were able to stop her. >> the kids in the car were not hers, the police said. and it's not the first run-in with the law. she was on probation for a dui conviction in 2013 and driving with a suspended license. >> john: troopers are investigating a deadly crash in orange county. >> amy: a car and a pedestrian. just before 10gs 30 at pine hills and white herron. the man was pronounced dead at the scene. we're told that the driver stayed on scene. charges are now pending. >> amy: another deadly crash in lake county. 439 and county road 42 just before 7:30. lake county deputies say that the crash involved two cars. an 80-year-old was pronounced dead there.

city. leo krawft and his team hope to use trail cameras and drones to try to spot the coyotes in the park. they hope to learn about the routes that the coyotes are taking overnight and set traps accordingly. the drones might make it easier to spot where the animals are building dens. get a bird's eye view instead of trekking through the woods and trying to catch the coyotes a little quicker. >> we hope to get them out of here safely and relocated. if they stay here, the habitat is a little too small for them. the populations and other things and a lot of people moving around the park during the day. they don't want human interaction with the coyotes. >> reporter: coyotes have

the past four years and more of a nuisance. fish and wildlife said that coyotes are in every county in the state of florida. dana jay, fox 35 news. >> john: an investigation under way after a man is hit and killed on the train tracks in downtown orlando. >> reporter: good morning. this happened 2:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon. left a lot of people very concerned as well. colonial and concord, near 2 miles away from the orlando station. per resident was said to have been trespassing. the deadly crash delayed the train for two hours. 200 people were on board at the time. amtrak is cooperating with the investigation. at this point, it appears to be a suicide. a brevard county woman accused of driving drunk with four kids in the car is in court

she was i aest ared saturday night. a driver spotted her driving erratically on u.s. 1. they pulled her over and discovered four kids in the car. the youngest just 2 years old. the children in the car were not her children. the kissimmee man who crashed into a retention pond. along neptune and meadow springs court. state troopers said that the 83-year-old lost control of the car, traveled down an embankment and his car srchg under water and his he was pronounced dead on the scene. >> amy: sending more than 100 dogs and and a couple cats to florida to find a forever home. they took 100 dogs and 3 cats from a shelter in an area in mississippi. it's expected to flood today. heavy rain is causing flooding,
