>> we have a lot of florida winners here. >> reporter: but do we know the powerball winner. she's a little nervous because this could be breaking news right now. trying to find out which city here in florida. she's working on it. the winning numbers you could be checking this morning. the numbers are 4, 8, 19, 27, 34, and the powerball, 10. looking at video in california, and that was one of the states that won the big powerball. it was in a suburb called chino hills. crowds of people gathered at that 7-eleven store where the winning ticket was bought. people were congratulating, and the store will receive a bonus for selling the ticket. >> you are proud of your city? >> yeah, it's really exciting. >> that's really good money.

cars trying to cross the street. both of the drivers stayed on the scene. >> john: in brevard county. a teen is accused of murdering his baby sister. he is charged with second degree murder. >> amy: looking for a person of interest after a violent attack. the fountains at millennia at millennia boulevard on december 21. police are trying to identify the man in this surveillance video. two women were in the stalewell of the --le stairwell when this man approached. one woman tried to fight him off. that's when the suspect stabbed her, robbed her, and ran off. he was caught on camera using the victim's credit card shortly after.

republican candidates are preparing for tonight's debate. >> reporter: just seven on stage tonight. this is a time lapse video showing the crews working around the clock and getting the stage ready. it'll be at 9:00 p.m. a lot of different stories. senator cruz and marco rubio. cruz facing mounting criticism and rubio is accusing him of being a flip-flopper. >> he supported legalizing people here illegally and now said he is against it. he supported doubling the number of green cards and now he says he's against it. >> reporter: donald trump is questioning his eligible. he was born in canada but his mother was a u.s. citizen. here's what trump was saying yesterday. >> you have to make sure that you can run.

a lot of lawyers say you can't run if you to that. you can't be born in canada, you can't be a canadian citizen. i hope it works out for him. >> reporter: it's not been challenged in court. "the new york times" said that cruz failed to report that he borrowed $1 million from goldman sachs. candidates are writerred to disclose -- required to disclose. bernie sanders said that they've raised $1.35 million in recent days. in a recent poll clinton is ahead of sanders by just 7%. >> amy: hoping for a rebound on

video at the moment when one of the explosions went off. police said that the attackers set off five explosions and a gunfight went off. and there's a man hunt for the potential suspects. they have not named those responsible but said that they're a part of isis. >> john: fingerprints allowed them to identify the person quickly in the turkey attacks. >> amy: edward archer is accused of shooting officer hartnett while he was sitting in his patrol car. police say that archer confessed to the shooting and told police that he had already pledged his allegiance to isis.

secretary said that isis needs to be stopped in syria. carter will be in paris to meet with european leaders to ask them to commit more resources to the fight against isis. >> amy: u.s. defense officials are ruling out mechanical issue as to why 10 u.s. sailors ended up in iranian waters. this comes as the pictures showing the sailors surrendering is a violation of the jenew year's new year's -- the genevaconvention.
