>> amy: at 7:30, at john young parkway, a 14-year-old boy was struck by two cars trying to cross the street. both of the drivers stayed there on the scene. >> amy: in brevard county, a 15-year-old boy is accused of murdering his baby sister, this happened in cocoa. he intentional struck the 21 month old baby girl on sunday. she was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. walls is charged with second degree murder. >> john: developing this morning, the search on for a person of interest wanted for a violent attack in orlando. the fountains of millennia apartments, and it happened on december 21. the man you see on the surveillance video is the man they are trying to identify this morning. two women were in the stairwell of the apartment com the man approached them. one of the women tried to fight the man off. the suspect stabbed her, robbed

here we are in the water vapor imagery. we are in the gulf of mexico right now. and the forecast looks like this. today, a-ok. no rain, just clouds. northeast winds and mild. and the storm system makes its way north and east through the gulf of mexico. tomorrow morning, along and ahead of the warm front, we could see round one of strong, if not severe, thunderstorms come through. and as the system slides by, late morning, mid-day, another round of strong storms. on sunday another quick round of rain as well to end off our weekend. here's the forecast. enjoy today, folks. it'll be a nice day. high temperatures upper 60s and some spots at 70. and high temperatures on saturday, in it's 70s. and sunday cooler, and we start next week cool as well.

>> amy: police have identified the body of a man found behind appear oral nightclub -- an orlando nightclub. they are investigating the case as a suspicious death. someone found the body off of east colonial drive. we'll bring you more details as soon as we get them. a hearing is set for today to discuss the death penalty the supreme court ruled that florida's death penalty law is unconstitutional. now luis toledo's team wants his trial put on hold until the state determines what. whats with the future cases. he is charged with murder with the deaths of his wife and two young children. the family vanished from their deltona home in 2013 and their bodies have never been found. >> amy: in brevard county been this is all that's left from a

they responded to the fire in st. john. the fire burned through a carpet, a wall, and caused smoke damage. >> john:ure school report this morning. teachers from around the state of florida are in the tallahassee to rally for changes. they filed a federal complaint to get more time to plan lessons. they said they're overwhelmed because of a new state and county standard. they argued that they don't get planning time as mandated and are taking a lot of work home. >> it's hurting student, parents, and teachers. >> john: the board claims that the district is complying with the contracts. the district said they're willing to work with teachers too find a reasonable common ground. the teachers expect to hear from the federal government on the request for arbitration on the
