deputies will be back out at a home....trying to piece together how someone ended up buried in a missing man's backyard! those remains were found in the backyard of a home on pennsylvania street. that's just west of state road 44 and i-4 in paisley. deputies were called there-- after a neighbor reported he had not seen the homeowner...61- year-old dennis jones... for more than a month. the porch light of jones' house was on... but he was nowhere to be found, and his car was not in the driveway. deputies says a cadaver dog alerted

backyard. the medical examiner could have autopsy results and an i-d of the remains later this morning. right now-- deputies are calling this a suspicious death. more than 10- thousand people are expected to march in tallahassee today. they are urging the "florida teachers union" to drop a lawsuit against florida's school voucher program. e program re- directs tax dollars to help low-income families afford private education -- if their kids are struggling in public schools. the florida's teachers union sued the state -- calling the program unconstitutional-- because it gives tax dollars to religious schools. martin luther king the third-- the oldest son of doctor martin luther king junior-- will be among those leading today's rally. king claims that ending the program would harm minority students. an update this morning-- on the survivors of the deadly tornado in manatee county. three of the five survivors are now out of the hospital. the tornado killed a couple inside their duette home. but the couple's son--- steven wilson

kids survived. wilson --and two boys-- are out of the hospital this morning with just scrapes... but the two girls had much more serious injuries. now... even strangers in the community are showing their support for the family during this tough time. people from all over are reaching out to help pay for medical bills and burial costs. they are raising money online-- and have already reeived close to 20- thousand dollars in donations. in flager county-- some 17-hundred people are being warned to boil their drinking water. this after vandals released 400 thousand gallons from the water supply. the boil water notice effects those living in the tation bay and plantation reserve estates communities. deputies say the water valves were turned on in several vacant lots between 3pm and 10pm

to capture americans. three of the five people held captive were being treated at a u-s military hospital in germany. their families say --they are doing okay this morning. happening today-- a man connected to the disappearance of a jacksonville toddler will be back in court. ruben ebron, junior will have a pre-trial hearing. detectives say ebron led investigators to the site where remains --- believed to be lonzie barton's --- were found last week. a medical examiner is working to identify those remains. ebron is charged with child neglect and lying to police. barton's mother has already pled guilty to similar charges. the last remaining seat --for the new \ytona speedway... is going in today! the speedway will hold a special ceremony.. for the final installation. nascar executive jim

missing autistic man. 23-year-old john noss has been missing since early saturday morning from his maitland home. his parents say he has the mental capacity of a 12 to 16-year-old. noss was last seen wearing a life is good t-shirt with black shorts and new balance tennis shoes. his parents are concerned because he needs medication and does not have it with him. family friends say noss means the world to them. noss' parents believe the longer he is away from home the more danger he is likely to be in. please call maitland police if you know where he is. turning now to sports-- the orlando magic taking on the atlanta hawks in an m-l-k day matinee. the hawks took the lead-- with 5 minutes left to play. here's fox sports-- with your highlights.

legislature that would help keep your kids safe. he wants cameras to be put on school bus crossing arms to make sure drivers slow down and stop to let kids off. don mair is fighting for the bill because his 12 year old daughter was hit and killed by a driver in 2010 as she got off her school bus in deltona. according to the education... thousand cars a day go around school bus crossing arms in florida. mair says the cameras would help stop this from happening... by catch people going around the buses... and ticketing the driver. school districts would decide whether or not to add those cameras. the bill would also make it reckless driving to go around a stop school bus
