>> good morning. we're at ormc and this is where the suspect was taken last night. his condition is not known at this time. we don't know who he is either. we did hear late last night from orlando police chief about what led his officers to fire on that suspect. the courtney landing condo complex became a crime scene around 7:45 last night, after orlando police officers responded to a call about a suspicious incident. >> both officers arrived at the same time and confronted by a man with a gun. he refused orders to drop the gun. they fired upon him and he was transported to ormc. >> police aren't describing this suspicious incident that prompted the call. they say the man emerged from a condo and the shots were fired on a landing in one of buildings.

backyard. they were found in the back of a home on pennsylvania street, west of state road 44 in paisley. deputies were called out there after a neighbor reported that he had not seen the homeowner, 61-year-old dennis jones for more than a month. the porch light was on, but nowhere to be seen and his car was not in the driveway. they say a cadaver dog alerted them to human remains in the backyard. the medical examiner could have results later this morning. they're calling this a suspicious death. also, an update on the survivor of a deadly tornado in manatee county. >> three of the five are out of the hospital. the tornado killed a couple inside their home, but the couple's son, stephen wilson, jr. along with four children survived. wilson and two boys are out of the hospital this morning with scrapes, but two girls had much more serious injuries. now even strange rs ers in this
