deputy... will be sentenced. investigators say w9ded to an ad "carl pisa" posted online in 20- 14... listing a "military simulation device" for sale. prosecutors say the undercover deputy met with pisa several times after that... and purchased 12 explosives from him. pisa faces up to 10 years in prison when he heads to court at nine o'clock this morning. in orlando-- a well-known business owner is charged with five counts of child pornography. michael chadwick is the owner of "ski world orlando." he was arrested yesterday at his office in "ivanhoe village." f-d-l-e agents say they found a computer containing child pornography. in seminole county... an ordinance requiring bear- proof trash cans goes into effect in a few weeks. but now-- county leaders are letting some homeowners off the hook. right now the ordinance requires those living west of i-4... and some areas east of i-4.. to either buy bear proof trash cans or.. secure their trash. if homeowners don't -- they face a 100 &p*2%9e. but now -- the

28-year old eric provost died at the hospital after being shot at a condo complex monday night. police were called there-- after provost's father called for help saying his son "wasn't acting right." when they arrived, they were confronted by provost... who was holding a gun. it turned-out to be an air-soft gun. both officers have been placed on leave. a man is in jail in volusia county for a crime deputies say he committed 6 years ago. deputies say jamedd l. ross of orange city was arrested yesterday after leaving court in a separate criminal case. authorities say he attacked a woman inside her deltona home back in 2010. a fingerprint finally linked ross to the crime after all this time. ross is charged with home invasion robbery with a weapon, sexual battery with a deadly weapon and kidnapping with intent to inflict bodily harm/terrorize the victim. thousands of parents and children rally at florida's capitol... in support of the ate's controversial "school-choice" program.
