portions of volusia, lake, marion, sumter, and everyone is down. that's prompted the freeze warning. a hard freeze for gainesville. colder and for a longer during of time. no fooling around with that one. 20 degrees or less on the span of five hours on top of the eight to ten hours. and then flagler, interior volusia, marion, and city of bushnell and wildwood, it's a cold one so bundle up, especially for the kids heading out to the early bus stop scene. snowfall here. and high clouds for us. and the makings of what looks to be wetter warmer weather. eventually cold be. a major east coast snowstorm. measuring snowfall amounts from 1 to 2 feet over the weekend. it'll be a monster. today for us 55 at 11:00 a.m. and 60s for the highs today.

industrial accident. this is happening on chancellor drive near the florida mall. orange county sheriff's office is investigating. no other details being released at this point. we expect an update soon. >> john: more breaking news in orange county been investigators are trying to figure out what caused a >> amy: at a home on formby. in a neighborhood near semoran and conway. fox 35's jackie orozco has the latest on what happened there. good morning, jackie. >> reporter: good morning. the medical examiner just left. they recovered the man's body, which is actually inside, it was inside a shed behind the house you see on the screen. initially the call came in as a smoke call in the area. it happened around 2:30 this morning. when firefighters arrived, they said that the shed was completely engulfed. it's about 30 feet behind the house.

that a man was working inside of the shed when the fire broke out. firefighters found his body. they have not released his body. he is between the ages of 50 and 60 years old. the battalion chief explained how difficult it is to determine what caused the blaze right now. behe said that a space heater could be blamed. >> it's very cold, so there's a chance that the space heater could have been used. and everything was burned beyond recognition when we found it. >> reporter: back out here live you see several fire trucks still out here. they said they're working on taking care of some hot spots right now. they have the state fire marshal out here to determine the exact cause of the fire. once we have the information, we'll let you know. >> amy: developing this morning out of seminole county.

were hurt after a pack of dogs attacked them inside of an apartment. at the stonebrook apartment complex. north of the 417. sanford police were called out to the apartment after reports of a woman screaming. they found the woman had been mauled by what appeared to have been five pit bulls. the officers shot and killed four of the dogs. they were able to rescue one of them. the women, not identified, was rushed to the hospital. three other people, including a child, were taken with nonlife threatening injuries. area. >> i believe they were visiting. i never heard any dogs. that must have been someone that came over and visited and brought the dogs with them. >> one other person was in the apartment, but not hurt. another dog was in the apartment in a cage and was taken away.

and sexually assaulted her. they said that it was consensual. he faces up to 15 years in prison. >> reporter: a man hit a woman on the head. near south atlantic avenue. she was walking her dog. the elderly victim told investigators that the man ran up to her, struck her, and simply ran off. the woman was not seriously hurt in the incident. fdle is investigating after suspect. investigators said that the 28-year-old died at the hospital after being shot at a condo complex monday night. they were called after the man's father called and said his son was not acting right. they arrived and the man was holding a gun.

this is what the chief's car looked like after the crash. the crash ended one wild chase. it all startened around 4:00 p.m. on novembera road. a woman left her key in the ignition and left the car. the police chief said that three 16-year-olds stole the car. the police followed them and they would not pull over. the wild ride ended. the cruiser was sideswiped and caused it to spin out. the police arrested the teens lateer. >> the concerns are is that we have 16-year-olds, and out there, putting their lives in danger, the community lives in danger and the police lives in danger. >> reporter: the police are urging everyone to stop leaving your keys in the ignition so your cars can not be used to commit crimes.
