county to state road 46, east of camp challenge road in lake county. the project expected to bring a lot of growth to the area, the president of the east lake county chamber of commerce says business is starting to boom. back to you. >> john: breaking news, investigators trying to figure out what caused a deadly fire in orange county. >> amy: at a house in a neighborhood between cimarron boulevard and conway. jackie orozco is live at the scene with the latest. what happened here? >> reporter: good morning, such a sad story. i talked to the next-door neighbor who says he has been friends with the man who was killed almost 30 years and he's a hard working man. that he was actually getting up early, wakes up 1:30, 2:00 a.m. because he works at disney and works in landscaping. and he was saying he was a hard working man. it happened in his shed.

can see, also there are fire investigators here as well. the neighbor told me it was too painful to talk about his friend on camera. he was telling me that an uber driver saw the smoke and call 911, when firefighters arrived around 2:30 a.m. they say the shed was completely engulfed in flames. and again the shed is directly behind the house and that is where they found the man, deceased. between the age of 50 and 60. and they've been seeing family members coming in and out of the house, devastated about the news. again the fire marshals are trying to investigate what caused the blaze. sad news for the family. now reporting live in orange county, jackie orozco, fox 35 news. >> new details on more breaking news in orange county. one person is dead after an industrial accident. the orange county sheriffs office says the victim got -- equipment there and the investigation continues. >> amy: an innocent bystander is recovering after being shot outside of an orange county gas station. >> john: deputies say he was caught in cross fire when two gunmen shot at each other. luanne sorrell joins us with more details. >> luanne: the shootout was caused by a surveillance camera at the citgo gas station in pine hills near evans high school. the video shows two angles, take a good look. you can see one group gathered near the pickup truck. they start to run and duck. check out the bottom of your screen. you can see a gun in one of the suspect's hands as shots rang out. >> broad daylight. and, kids out of school. no excuse. school let out and kids were lined up at school to get out of school and we heard the gun shots.

>> john: on-line sales are booming, the national retail federation announced holiday sales increased 3%, from november and december last year and equates to $626 billion spent on-line and when the money is spent on-line it means it is often not being spent in traditional stores. the trend has been increasing pretty much every year since the numbers started being tracked. what does it mean for the future of shopping and all the retail developments in our cities. especially in florida where we are booming? joining us today, good to see you. the numbers that came out from the national retail federation, you have better in sight than the rest of us. did it surprise you? anything in the numbers catch you off guard. >> no, it didn't surprise me. retail sales have been growing on-line since though army 190s when internet sales started and they are projected now, they are 8% of all retail sales and could go as high as 15-20% of all sales the next five years.

lot of on-line shopping because i'm a shop local guy. and like to go to the brick and mortar and if much money is moving away from brick and mortar to on-line sales. what does it mean for the best buy and the walmart and other stars stores around here. >> a lot of on-line sales are cap during the mark and some stores will go out of business and some stores are leaving. on the other hand, the salespeople that remain and the staff are no longer just cashiers. they become specialists, they become product specialists and are higher paid. >> john: i'm glad you say that. i ward about job losses, when the businesses go out you have hundreds of employees and you say it doesn't mean they'll be unemployed but have to change their skills a bit, right? >> that's right and some of the shopping centers are changing while we have on-line sales and sales going away from stores, some stores are trying to create

happened around 2:30. when firefighters arrived they said the shed which is directly behind the house, detached from the house was not damaged. completely engulfed in flames and the shed inside had materials of wood, and other tools in there as well. and when firefighters finally got inside they said they discovered a deceased man between the ages of 50 and 60. and again several firefighters were here on the scene and when i talked to a neighbor that lives directly next-door he say his neighbor was getting ready to go to work, he work at disney and does landscaping for them and it is typical for him to wake up in those early morning hours and that that shed, he considers it a hobby shed, where he goes and he said his family of course is devastated, heartbroken about the news. now reporting live here in orange county, jackie orozco, fox 35 news.

arguments begin in the trial of a farmer cab driver accused of sexually assault a woman in datona beach. >> john: it kicks off the morning rush. authorities in datona beach shores are releasing a new composite sketch of a man who they say hit a 71-year-old woman on the head. it happened last week near south atlantic avenue where a woman was walking her dog. the elderly victim told vaets the man ran up to her and hitd ran away. the woman was not seriously hurt. >> amy: we apologize, not the same story there. fdle is investigating of the two police officers fired on a suspect. investigators say 28-year-old eric provost died at the hospital after being shot at a condo complex on monday night. police were called after provost's father called for help saying his son was not acting right. they arrived and were confronted by him holding an air soft gun and both officers are placed on leave. a man is in jail for a crime deputies say happened 6 years ago.

city was arrested after leaving court in a separate criminal case and authorities say he attacked a woman inside of her home in 2010. a fingerprint linked him to the crime after all of this time and he's charged with home invasion robbery with a weapon. sexual battery with a weapon and kidnapping with intent to inflict bodily harm and terrorizing the victim. on the health watch now, health officials are on high alert after mull tape cases of zika virus are reported -- multiple cases of zika virus. details. >> luanne: if you are protect now this is a star you need to pay very close attention to. now the most recent case was found in hillsborough county. the health department says that person caught the virus when december. now the other two cases were down in my emmy dade county. doctors believe they caught it during a trip to columbia. officials say you catch the virus from mosquitoes and most people who get it will not know
