use caution if you are in that area. there's going to be one less toll you have to pay during your morning drive. toll blazza near oia is going away for good. they're working to demolish the toll. it won't cost drivers extra money. they pay the toll at a different location. 528 is the second busiest and lanes. demolition is expected to take six weeks. i-4 westbound from lake mary to colonial, 13 minutes. i-4 eastbound about 12 minutes to the attractions. and the 408 is up to speed as well. >> amy: the hunt is on for a killer who shot a teenager while he was driving through an

>> his family is begging for someone to come forward. dana jay, you spoke with the family. what are they saying this morning? >> reporter: they are telling us that the last they heard, the last time i speaken to them, they -- spoken to them, they had not gotten many details. they are aggressively pursuing the case. the family thinks that someone must have seen something in the neighborhood. he was just 15 years old. a special part of a big family. his loved ones say they don't know why he was driving his mom's car in the it was 3:30, and his awbt thinks that someone must have seen something. >> we heard guys telling other people that there was people standing outside. kids getting off of the school bus at the time it happened. >> reporter: investigators

central and pine fired a gun while harris was driving through. harris' car kept going and slammed into a light post at the end of the street. when the deputies arrived, they found him lying in the street next to the car. he died a short time later at a local hospital. his family is asking the people in the neighborhood to speak up. >> somebody saw something at 3 something during this day and standing in the middle of the road and shot at the car and shot him. somebody saw him do that. >> reporter: anybody and information on what happened on friday afternoon can call seminole county sheriff's office or leave an anonymous tip with crimeline. >> john: you decide 2016. we're just hour i hours away from the iowa caucuses. >> amy: time is running out.

app on your phone. >> john: developing this morning, investigators are working to determine the cause for a student to fall to his death. wolf was pronounced dead on the scene. they said that security video from several cameras show wolf get off at the sixth floor elevator and walk towards the glass partition, apparently falling over it. students are shocked. >> i am really sad. i know he was in a fraternity. i know a lot of people are probably hurting today. >> john: crisis counselors were on hand to help students cope with the tragedy. they do not suspect foul play. >> john: a prayer vigil being held for a 22 month old child who was shot and killed. he was with his family in their car when he was shot in the

the east, southeasterly direction. then we bring out the front. it slows down and sits on top and produces quite a bit of rainfall towards thursday afternoon and thursday evening. by friday, the front slips down to the south. better weather setting up. clouds and a slim rain chance through next saturday and sunday, 20 to 30% but a lot of things may change. a swell moving in east of puerto rico. it's real slow. dribbling on in. the wave plot shows quite a bit of activity. and some of the east southeast swell shutting off and striking north and central florida beaches. let's take a look at your tide forecast for today. a high tide was very, very early this morning, 2:10.
