his loved ones don't know why he was driving his mom's car through this east altamonte neighborhood, but it was 3:30 and someone must have seen something. >> we heard of people in the neighborhood and they said there were people standing outside and kids getting off of a school busby the time it happened. >> reporter: someone near central and pine fired a gunx while harris was driving through. his car kept going. slammed into a slight post at the end of the street. when deputies arrived, they found him lying in the street next to the car. harris died a short time later at a local hospital. his family is asking the people in the neighborhood to speak up. >> somebody seen something at 3:00 something in the day. standing out in the middle of the road and shot at the car and shot him. somebody saw him do that. >> reporter: and if anyone has any information on this case,

take a vacation, and buy the stuff i wanted and won't leave it in the company's plan, big, big mistake. what do you do with the money? >> balance over 5,000, you can leave in the plan, they can't throw it out. or roll over at no tax consequences. or move into an ira. keep that safety net, or i should say that money that you put together in your retirement plan. keep it together. don't cash it out. >> amy: and, you say looking forward, one reason people will not retire is that they have not planned to maximize social security benefits. >> most people grab social security at age 62. that's a big mistake. if you don't need the social security income today, wait until full retirement age, 66 for most people, moving up to 67. better yet, age 70. every year you wait beyond the full retirement age, 8% a year guaranteed increase in the

he is accused of walking down 1792 near airport boulevard and pointing a gun at drivers. police say that when they responded. smith began to shoot at them. officers began to return fire and a innocent bystander wasp hit. we understand they were not seriously hurt. fdle is investigating. investigators are working to determine what caused a plane to flip over in brevard. it happened on the runway at the merritt island airport. one person was on board, according to fire rescue, but they refused medical treatment. we now know the name of one of two people killed in a crash. 33-year-old tina martin was trying to help someone else when she was hit in killed. it was in port orange yesterday. the man on the motorcycle lost control. he was thrown from his bike.
