>> reporter: good morning. deputies say the man who they arrested wasn't home at the time but he's a convicted felon. that means he's not allowed to own a gun and that's why he's behind bars this morning. the man who lives in the home of the 4700 block of spotswood drive is 35-year-old walter a rainy. deputies say it was his gun that critically injured a 13-year-old. >> it's pretty scary. i have a 6-year-old in the back yard at the time playing. >> reporter: the boy was at the home visiting relatives and was in the house with two 18-year-olds when one of the older kids found the gun in the bedroom and started to play with it. the gun went off. >> the kid got shot in the neck. apparently, they were just playing with guns. >> reporter: it was sad news

>> i'm just going to keep him in my prayers tonight. hopefuly, everything is okay. >> reporter: the 13-year-old boy was taken to arnold palmer hospital. in last check, he was in critical condition. no word at this point on whether the people who were playing with the gun are facing any charges. it was an accident, however, the investigation is continuing. dana jay, fox 35 news. >> amy: we have new video from the scene of a deadly double@ shooting we brought you as breaking news just last night. orlando police were check out the area of robert trent jones drive after reports of gunshots@ being fireded. officers found two bodies of two men that appear to have been shot to death. neither man has been identified. there are no witnesses or suspects to the shooting.

beach, and deland, i65, and 60s throughout the entire viewing area. as we break down the numbers again. far north to far south, not a lot of deviation. pretty much status quo. 64, 65. rain chance sets up. and lows dropping down into the 30s over the northern tier. looks like 40s primarily for the rest. a veil of clouds and winds whipping. not a lot of recovery and temperature. a blend of sun and clouds. mostly cloudy at times. windy weather, wednesday, thursday. surge of cold air back side of the departing low. temperatures don't really move a whole lot. we get closer to normal, maybe, by saturday, a high of 70. we should be in the low 70s with ease. and lows by saturday around 50.

downtown campus. >> john: the deal is for 10 millions of millions of dollars. and andrea jackson has the latest. >> reporter: good morning to you. the city plans on giving $75 million over for this big downtown campus project. today the city council will discuss the terms of their agreement with ucf. let's go to the video, and we'll give you a few more details as far as how this will break down. $42 million in land and property alone in addition to road and sewer work. the university is seeking approval from the board of governors to build a 165,000 square foot building for 7700 students as part of the creative village in downtown orlando. and seeks $20 million from the state. the city gives up 15-acres and $22.5 million expo center currently being used by ucf.
