i want to bring you back out to madeland, road closure between 1792 and park and road avenue. southbound lanes completely shut down. andre jackson explains why. >> good morning. the road work behind me is the explanation as the why the southbound lanes are closed. they're tearing up the asphalt and repairing the concrete slab right underneath the roadway slab right there. expect a major nightmare this morning and into the weekend as this road closure will continue all southbound lanes shut down between park avenue and monroe. you're now looking at pictures, video here, of the drivers coming southbound on 1792, being detoured onto park avenue and this depure will continue through the weekend monday morning at 6:00 a.m., they'll

to shut them down again next friday to next monday. it's going to be a pain for the next couple weeks here. we're live in winter park, i'm andrea jackson, fox 35 news. also new this morning, a donald trump driver trying to help a stranded driver ends up running over two people and killing them. >> an awful story. this happened last night, near palm harbor parkway. florida highway patrol says a man's truck got stuck, called friend the help pull him out. they asked the driver of the dump truck to help him. he accidentally backed every man and a woman, killing them both. we're still waiting to hear if charges will be filed. a man is dead after crashing his motorcycle into an suv in kissimmee last night. florida highway patrol tells us that who'llio's motorcycle t boned. a suv at an intersection. the 41 -year-old died at the scene.

so far, no charges have been filed. in orange county, after a 6 -month search, today police arrest a man they've been looking for, accused of murdering a 21 -year-old man in orlando. robinson is charged with first degree murder. she shot devon little right through that sliding gas door right there at an apartment in pine hills road. police believe the killing was in retaliation for a home invasion that happened the night before. two other people are already in jail for this. 2016, the democratic candidates going head to head in the first debate since new hampshire. >> thank you. there's the second awkward one. hillary clinton trying to get momentum after a big win by burpy sanders in the new hampshire primary. they ended up sparring over barack obama. clinton has just a little more than a week to turn things around before the nevada caucus.

sky fox in maitland between park and monroe street. you can see just how bad the backup is there all the southbound lanes shut down. first, road work in that area. they are detouring people, but you can't avoid this area all the together, to just avoid that mess right there. taking a look at a couple new crashes. the first one, partially blocked add curry ford road. we are seeing delays there in either lane. be aware of that, use caution if you're traveling through that area this morning. taking a look at another new crash. pine hills road, not causing any significant delays. no word of any road blocks there, either. taking a look at your drive times. these are your short drive times. i-4 eastbound from john young to downtown, six minutes. i-4 westbound, looking good, 434 to fair banks, seven minutes. and 408, looking good, as well. perfectly up to speed. time for your pump patrol.

this is between mark and monroe so it highly suggests using an alternate route if this is part of your morning commute in the morning. taking a look now at a new crash on lake underhill road, partially blocked at field stream north boulevard. just be aware of that. do expect delays if you're there just on the road here. an earlier crash, still partially blocked at curry ford road, but the delays are not significant, not as bad as they were earlier. so good news there. taking a look at your drive times, everything still looking okay on i-4. i-4 westbound looks great. i-4 eastbound, not bad, either. attractions to downtown take you about 19 minutes and the 408 is pretty much up to speed. that's it for your traffic. back to you guys. developing this morning, gainesville police and alachua county deputies now think a missing woman is likely dead. 21 -year-old hannah was last seen weeks ago. authorities are now searching for her body.

time she was seen. she was in the passenger seat of that white car right there and that it was driven by 28 -year-old nelson armas, the last perb to see her alive. he is considered a person of interest in this case and he is now in the county jail, being held on an unrelated charge. >> in osceola county, a mother and daughter now behind bars, charged with prostitution and child neglect. tracy and lesly posted an ad online soliciting sex. on wednesday, undercover agents arrangeed to meet with them at a home. when they arrived, deputy found three young kids in a back bedroom, along with cocaine and marijuana in the house. the women remain in osceola county jail on no bond. the children were placed in the care of relatives. a big mess to clean up at a brevard county dentist office after this. an suv slammed right through the front window there. this happened yesterday morning along u.s. one in cocoa. state troopers say the female driver accidentally hit the gas.

gorgeous scene this side of downtown, oak town, gorgeous lake eola. looking good overall this morning. a little cool, 47 reported out at the airport and widespread 50s a areas now in the mid upper 40s. but we're up and out of this coolness and returning to some semblance of warmth today. what you see is what you get. good morning, happy friday. you made it to the weekend. congrats. warmer p.m. temperatures, between 2:00 and 5:00, we wind up with a range of 72 to 75 or so. compliments of the incoming front and the increase in south and southwest air flow and when that happens, the temperatures go up and they're going to stay up all afternoon long. that's the good news. uv index forecast, around a six. that is in the high range, peaks on time, shy of one burn time today on your skin, especially for your fair skins and redheads. be careful. about ten minutes is all it will take. clear and cool tonight. 55 by 5:00 and by 8:00 a.m.

upper 50s, looking good on our saturday. front drops down to the south and we see pretty quiet conditions. looks like winds go ripping around to the north pretty quick. if you have ambitions to go offshore, at least i did for tomorrow, cancel those fishing plans. we're looking at seas in excess of about six feats over the offshore. those winds get a little gusty. then we bring in another system with an elongated low or trough of low pressure. that's hanging out nice and quietly. north carolina, the two coming together. it will bring the rain chance up by monday into tuesday. until then, we're looking good. delightful conditions out there. sunshine prevails. the temperatures perfecto and it starts today. here we go. 75 at gainesville, orlando 73. widespread 70s over brevard county coastal zones, all the way up to flagler. and it looks like for tonight so. that should be about it. freeze or frost concerns over the long-term, that song remains the same as we see the chance for p.m. rain jelling up here by
