winter park. >> amy: at comstock, and it's off fairbanks, and andrea jackson has more. >> reporter: it's stillen active crime scene. cane and comstock, just off fairbanks. here's what we know. police were called to this winter park home in response to a possible shooting. they found one man in the yard one on the side of the house. and both men were found dead at the scene. they told us neighbors do not need to worry about a shooter on the loose. >> the investigation is obviously ongoing.

large that would be a threat to the public at this point, but we can't rule out anything at this point in the investigation. >> reporter: the fire department is expected momentarily to help processing the crime scene and cleaning what's left over of the evidence. as police wrap up their paperwork. no motive or relationship has been mentioned regarding the two men. >> amy: investigating a dog attack which happened just before 3 this morning on apopka boostled. the -- apopka boulevard. the victim was bitten by a pit bull. it's not said how serious the injuries were or if the dog was a pet.

the vehicle which hit and killed a jogger yesterday. they had an anonymous tip. >> it turns your stomach to know that the person didn't stop. i hope they find him. he has to live with this for the rest of his life. >> the troopers did not release where the jeep was found. >> amy: robbed at 436 just across the street from the mall. police released this surveillance photo. they said they grabbed $15,000 worth of phones before they took off. they were at least a dozen people in the store when this happened. one woman we spoke to asked us not to show her face. >> i heard a big clunk behind me. i thought somebody dropped something. two guys coming toward me and

this morning they're processing that jeep at fdle headquarters. now let's take a look at some video so you can see what happened. 39-year-old jason rote iger was hit and killed by a vehicle. and an anonymous tip led the police to a 1998 jeep jeep grand jeep grand cherokee. >> i just thought that it would be a : something that : i could do. i hope they find him. he has to live with this the rest of his life. >> reporter: so that jeep will be taking to fdle. that's where they'll be doing the processing and trying to take it in for evidence. hopefully, again, we'll get more answers to the hit-and-run

reporting live outside of fhp headquarters, jackie orozco, fox 35 news. >> amy: two men have been found shot to death outside of a home in winter park. police are trying to figure out >> john: police said they found the bodies just before 10:00 p.m. near capen and comstock avenues off of fairbanks. and one man was in the yard and another was on the sidewalk. police do not believe there's a suspect at large though. >> amy: a crash which happened in the westbound lanes near world center drive. a truck rear ended a car which starteds a chain reaction crash. at least four vehicles were involved. one woman died and another driver is recovering. >> amy: two men robbed a
