\@|pp@|pppp|ppppppppppppppppppppp ||ppppppppppppppppppppppppppp|`|`|pppp0z00 0z0zxxxxpz0x0z00xz0xxxxxxxxxxxxzxzzxxx back at the site... where human remains were found. a survey crew t*gd a human skull on "red john drive" and "92" in daytona beach, yesterday. that is in an area a few miles west of i- 95. deputies are looking into whether it could be the remains of a homeless man who disappeared in 20-14. today investigators will keep looking for more bones, and any evidence that can identify the remains. developing now-- the suspects in a deadly nightclub shooting in orlando are expected to be in court this morning. the shooting at the "glitz ultra lounge" last month killed two people... and injured eight others. police arrested 21- year-old luis gadiel cruz nazario yesterday. he is facing several charges... including first degree murder. detectives also re- arrested 23-year-old jose bull lopez. he was originally arrested last week-- and charged with

he is now facing several additional charges... including ... being a felon in possession of a gun. detectives are still trying to figure out if the shooting is gang-related. crime alert-- an orlando cab driver is now speaking out-- after a woman robbed him at gunpoint inside his cab. orlando police say the woman in this picture robbed cabbie john lee on monday. lee says he picked her up near rockingham circle... but later found out the address she gave him was fake. lee says the woman who went by the name of "devine"-- told him to pull over. she took off with cash and his phone. according to police, lee didn't immediately report the incident because he was too scared. officers say the woman is around 5'6 to 5'8--with brownish blonde hair. she was wearing a purple outfit. anyone with

to call the orlando police department. jzinge county-- eight students are recovering this morning after a bus crashed at universal studios. it happened last night around 6-45. a spokesperson with universal says a shuttle bus from a private school was in one of the park's garages. the driver took a wrong turn and ended up going the wrong way in the garage. workers tried to stop the bus... but the driver kept going and hit an overhead beam. 8 of the 13 teens on board were taken to the hospital. no one else in the s hurt. a bill that would make recess mandatory in schools passes in the house... but it may not make it past the senate. the bill passed with an overwhelming (8 majority in the house--but still faces an uphill battle. it would require at least 20 minutes of |{y recess each day. recess could also | not be taken away for disciplinary or academic reasons. despite the house vote... it appears the

consider the legislation. new this morning-- ill --that would allow students to enroll in any public school statewide... passes in the florida house. the proposal would give parents the option to send their kids anywhere that has room for them--regardless of which county they live in. the bill now heads to the senate. k

sun hits horse-tail fall just right. on the business watch-- some of the biggest tech-companies in the world are coming out in support of "apple" this morning. google, facebook, and twitter are all backing the company's opposition to cracking the phone of a san bernardino attacker. edward snowden also tweeted his support yesterday. earlier this week--- a federal court ordered apple to create a software--that bypasses the security on i-phones. the f-b-i wants to hack into the phone of san bernardino shooter-- syed farook. several u-s senators have said-- apple should obey the order. donald trump also says he agrees with the court. apple has until next week to formally appeal the court order. if you have a drone-- today is your last day to register it with the government... or face fines. this comes in response to recent run-ins between drones and airplanes. if you haven't registered yet-- it doesn't take too

richardson is charged with child neglect and unlawful desertion of a child. xx p the trial for a q]rd county man accused of ` murdering his neighbors is put on hold. william woodward's trial was supposed to start monday. woodward has admitted to shooting three neighbors-- after an argument in 20-12. two of those victims died. earlier this week --a judge decided that the death penalty is no longer an option-- following the u-s supreme court's decision that florida's death penalty is =9stitutional. this altamonte springs man faces child porn charges. police arresting 24-year-old michael becker, on 10 counts of possession. officers say they were searching his home, after learning his computer was being used to share the material online. a crime alert at disney. a couple is accused of stealing things from hotel rooms.

deputies arrested 19 year old "minoska guillen" and 25 year old "jake blair." disney security says they saw the couple looking into rooms at the "saratoga springs resort" last month. they detained them, and found i-pads and an i-phone --that had been reported stolen from rooms at the "saratoga springs resort" ..and the "old key west resort." *2%ye. new details about the moments leading up to the sinking of "el faro." the cargo ship sunk near the bahamas last october, during hurricane joaquin. all 33 people on board died. yesterday the captain's second mate testified in front of a coast guard panel. he was home at the time... but he texted the captain about the storm. he says the captain was aware of it, and while he was following the normal route, he planned to skirt south of the storm. but the storm was too strong. ill --that would change the way the death penalty is decided-- clears a big hurdle. the florida house voted 93 to 20 yesterday to pass a

developing at this hour-- 2 news cases of the zika virus have been confired in miami- dade county. that brings the total number of cases in florida to 24. all of the cases are travel-related. meanwhile-- u.s. health officials have added two more caribbean islands to a zika virus travel alert for pregnant women-- aruba and bonaire. there are about 30 destinations with zika outbreaks--

this morning. your first one comes from "fox news." it reads--- "cia diversity program includes effort to recruit transgender candidates." the c-i-a has launched a new "diversity and inclusion strategy." the three-year p`r` program will monitor the diversity and gender break-down for new recruits and resignations. from there-- the agency will work to take on people from a better mix of backgrounds. the c-i-a is also planning to hold agency-wide "unconscious bias training" as well... to improve relations in the workplace. p`r` your next headline comes from yahoo sports. it reads: "boxing great manny pacquiao doubles down on gay slurs." the site reports-- after comparing homosexuals to animals earlier this week... pacquiao wrote on instagram yesterday a quote from the bible that suggests they should be "put to death". pacquiao has already lost millions of dollars in endorsements over this controversy... and it could cost him a career in politics as well. pacquiao is running for senate in the philippines right

deputy's house on fire... because he wanted to go back to jail. according to the sheriff's office-- daniel hall left his house yesterday morning-- and went to the home of deputy ryan lennox that is where deputies say he set some lawn furniture on fire. the deputy -- and his two dogs-- were able to get out safely. hall stayed at the scene-- and waited for authorities to arrive. neighbors say hall has a history of mental illness-- and probably wanted to get help. yesterday, we told you about how some tampa police officers are refusing to work security at beyonce's up-coming concert. it's all in response to her new music video "formation,"-- which highlights police brutality. jjiami -- the police union says they have voted to boycott the concert altogether. but does the video actually put all police in a negative light? aisha durham is a culture studies scholar. she says-- everything about =9" simply shows african- americans... that they can overcome
