happening today-- search crews will head back out to an orange county lake... to continue their search for a missing boater. this is happening on lake bow-clair... just west of highway 441. family members say 76-year-old william robl went out on his boat yesterday-- but never returned. crews then spotted the boat going in circles in the lake.

wildlife" officers were able to secure the boat, but no one was on board. developing this morning-- crews will review the safety procedures of the i-4 ultimate project today... following a deadly incident involving a construction worker. troopers say a dump truck ran over a worker, killing him. the florida highway patrol says 34-year- old marvin franklin was killed yesterday - when the truck backed-up over him in a work zone. it happened as the truck was making a delivery... on the shoulder of eastbound i-4... near maitland. officials say franklin worked for "s-g-l constructors." they are the lead contractor of the multi-billion-dollar i-4 project. the project manager says work has been put on hold-- as officials review safety procedures. 6:08:05-:15 tomorrow -- managers will ask employees in each

input on safety rules. there are 650 workers and supervisors on the i-4 ultimate project. just minutes ago -- ion wrapped up at the airport toll plaza on the beachline. the aging plaza.. is being removed... as the expressway authority makes improvements to the beachline. tolls will now be collected at four new nearby ramp plazas. it is not going to cost you any extra, you'll just pay the toll at a different location. parts of north florida-- under a state of emergency this morning-- after yesterday's powerful storms caused damage. the largest amount of damage was in pensacola -- where a tornado damaged more dozens of homes and apartments. no deaths have been orted... but three people jwi%9g from minor injuries. officials are still trying to assess the damage. emergency crews are still working to help those in need. 9or rick scott toured the damage yesterday. governor scott

escambia and santa rosa counties. he plans to meet with victims of a tornado that hit century last week. the same storm front claimed six lives in virginia, louisiana and mississippi. in seminole county-- a mother ---accused of killing her son... before trying to kill herself-- is being held on no bond. 59-year old virginia arteaga is charged with first degree murder for shooting and killing her son, blake howard, while he was taking a shower. investigators say she also tried to kill herself when cops forced their way into her altamonte springs home tuesday. according to reports, arteaga had been struggling with depression. arteaga is under suicide watch --at

news alert-- !e state health department now says the zika virus has infected three pregnant women in florida. that brings the total number of zika florida to 32. but, again, health officials stress that all those who are infected caught the virus while traveling abroad. the centers for disease control isn't saying where in \ these women live. governor rick scott is requesting 250 more zika test- kits in response to these latest cases. happening today-- space-x will try again to launch a falcon 9 rocket from the cape. the count down was called off about half-an-hour before the launch window was supposed to open last night. space-x says they stopped the count down-- to make sure the liquid fuel on board was cool enough for the rocket to operate safely. e falcon 9 is carrying a european satellite. space-x will also attempt to land a

a prank call leads to a swat situation -- at an innocent man's home. it started when someone called 9-1-1, threatening to go on a shooting spree in a melbourne neighborhood. it turned out to be a case of swatting...where someone calls 911 to "prank" another person.

teenagers outside a home on sheridan road. they say wilson is also the main suspect in the mother's day murder of deandre smith. police say no witnesses are cooperating in this case. a janitor is accused of sexually assaulting his co- worker at disney's "blizzard beach." 31-year-old "michael cooper" pleaded "not guilty" on monday. the victim says he and cooper were working at the water park --after hours last may-- when cooper forced himself on him. a disney spokesperson says they are no longer working with the contract company cooper worked for. a fraternity at a state university is suspended-- accused of performing a "racially degrading" hazing ritual. a former student says in 2013-- "tau kappa epsilon " pledges were forced to participate in a drinking game called "old south"... where they were forced to act as slaves. the complaint was filed last month... but prosecutors say too much time has passed to file charges. school officials are investigating possible student

that's when the plane crashed into the driveway of a home. the pilot managed to get out with minor injures. officials say the home was not damaged in the crash. no one on the ground was hurt. a millionaire businessman in tampa is suing his ex- fiancee-- for allegedly stealing millions of dollars worth of jewelry. scott mitchell says his ex-- mary catherine hunt-- broke into his home and stole diamonds, jewels, and gold. he claims she even had some of the loot shipped to her parents' home in virginia. mitchell is taking all three of them to federal court-- to try and get those items back. hunt faces up to 30 years in prison. a cat from wisconsin makes an incredible journey... all the way to south florida. "nadia the cat" traveled from "sheboygan" to naples. nadia vanished on christmas eve, and was eventually found wandering in florida. a woman took her in, and contacted a local shelter.
