county deputies-- will be in court today. troopers say 27- year-old "syndia saintcyr" was spotted speeding early sunday morning-- but she took-off before they could pull her over. she ran a red light at the intersection of john young parkway and americana boulevard. troopers say she slammed into the right side of the driver. f-h-p says "saintcyr" should not have been driving in the first-place-- because revoked last august. construction has resumed on the "i-4 ultimate project"... days after being shut down when a worker was killed. dump truck backed

wednesday.. killing him. construction was haulted-- as officials reviewed safety procedures. limited work started back--up saturday night. crews say they hope to have all construction back up and running by friday. brevard county deputies say... a basketball coach... wanted for child molestation.. has been arrested while trying to escape to mexico. 51-year-old "david white"... was arrested by u-s marshals in texas on friday. investigators say... he coached with "the palm bay youth basketball league." detective say... he engaged in inappropriate activities with a child during a sleepover at his malabar home. deputies say.. white would frequently host sleepovers for his team members and friends of his own children. he is being held in a texas jail on a 75- thousand dollars bond. he is awaiting extradition back to brevard county. investigators believe... there may be more victims. in oscoela county... deputies are who robbed a mini golf course. it happened yesterday at the golf" on west irlo bronson memorial highway in kissimmee. deputies say a man approached an

investigators say, she was one of three officers who were shot during a domestic disturbance call saturday in woodbridge, virginia. police say "ronald hamilton" opened fire as they approached his home. investigators say he also killed his wife. police found an 11- year-old boy as well... unharmed... along with two guns inside. hamilton is an active duty army staff sergeant... assigned to the joint staff support center at the pentagon. meanwhile... the prince william county police department is mourning the loss of officer guindon.. who was just sworn-in on friday. the other officers remain hospitalized this morning. the community of prince william county held a candle light vigil last night.. in honor of officer guindon. meanwhile... we're learning guindon graduated from embry-riddle university in daytona

a statement which - community is deeply saddened to learn of the death..." and "our hearts are with her family and friends." new this morning-- a man--- who escaped from a central florida prison, is back behind bars in volusia county-- following a nationwide man-hunt. it took investigators three weeks to track down "gary bullock"... who went on the run with "natasha quigley" and her son "xander" last month. the couple was caught in flemingsburg, kentucky on february 12th... and extradited to volusia county over the weekend. both are being held on "no bond". meanwhile, 3-year- old xander is safe and being taken care of by family members. new this morning-- the clermont police department is scheduled to provide an update today on an ongoing homicide investigation. investigators are expected to release new details on the death of 21-year-old "andrew da'von jones." jones was found shot to death back on february 6th... outside a publix--

five k-k-k members-- who were arrested california-- are out of jail this morning. police in anaheim say evidence shows they acted in self defense. three people were stabbed in saturday's anti-immigration seven people are still in custody. a kansas sheriff thinks a restraining order sparked a deadly shooting rampage that killed 3 people... and hurt 14 others in "hesston" last week. ford-- received a restraining order from his ex- girlfriend 90 minutes before he opened fire. an officer later killed ford. a cease-fire agreement is not holding in syria. saudi arabia says syrian troops are violating the deal that the u-s and russia brokered last week. opposition groups claim syria and its allies have killed more than two dozen people since the agreement went into effect on friday. it was a great night

between "mad max" taking home multiple awards-- to leonardo dicaprio finally winning the gold-- the show did not disappoint. comedian chris rock hosted the awards-- he came out swinging...tackling hollywood's lack of diversity head on. the show continued with more excitement. reunited with her mother. her disappearance sparked an amber . h|23-year-old "stephanie augustin" and her 14 year old cousin are being held without bond. police say... on friday... the two took "taraji kemp" from a fort lauderdale home at gunpoint. on saturday, investigators found kemp... in an apartment in orange county... where augustin lived. detectives say... the baby girl was still strapped in her car seat. augustin.. was arrested after troopers pulled over her car near yeehaw junction. she has been charged with kidnapping and aggravated child abuse with a deadly weapon. kemp was not hurt, but was hospitalized as a precaution. the sun sentinel reports-- she was reunited with her mother last night. altamonte springs police are searching for the gunman behind a deadly shooting. that story tops our morning rush. police found the victim in a parking lot-- along coral glen loop-- saturday night. they have not released his name. investigators have also not identified a suspect.

on. officers are calling investigation. anything, contact detectives. looking into a deadly county. they say a car hit and killed a bicyclist in rockledge. it happened yesterday southbound lanes of u-s 1, at ansin road. troopers have not released the bicyclist's name. no one in the car is seriously hurt. a 92-year-old man is crashing his s-u-v county mcdonald's. it happened belle terre parkway-- in palm coast. state troopers say "william lavender" was backing his s-u-v into a parking space--when he suffered a heart attack-- and hit the three people-- who were inside the mcdonald's --are recovering from

witnesses help catch a driver accused of crashing into a home, and running away. it happened at on grandview avenue in sanford, yesterday. police say homeowners saw the direction he ran-off in, and told officers, who arrested him. paramedics took him to the hospital with minor injuries. no one inside the home was hurt. police are not releasing the driver's name. caught on camera. the orange county sheriff's office just released new video of deputies catching a suspect... hiding in a tree. the "chase helicopter" team spotted the man... despite his best efforts to blend-in. this happened on february 9th near 23rd street and parramore avenue, in orlando. the helicopter team worked with deputies, k-9 units and 9-1-1 operators to catch the auto burglary suspect. orlando welcomes the n-b-a's worst team to the amway center, as the magic make a push for the playoffs.
