a man is gunned down inside a gated community in orange county. >> john: the shooter is out there on the run somewhere. it happened at the cypress pointe apartments off of orange blossom. orlando police said that a 22-year-old man was shot and killed. they're working to get a description out to the public right now. >> amy: a man from seminole county is out of jail after his 6-year-old niece killed herself with his gun. luanne has more on such a tragic story. >> reporter: it is. this is video of eric williams as he was walked out of the seminole county jail. he was babysitting a'letha burke when she accidentally shot and killed herself. her family tells the sentinel that burke loved being a kindergartener at wicklow elementary in sanford. she loved coloring with friends and singing her favorite pop songs with her classmates.

the baby willow case. the baby was born february 15. the mother is susan richardson. she told detectives that she gave birth and left the child outside of one of the units. and now the baby still has not been found. missing and exploited children is turning to facebook. >> it'll be a great idea. if pour people come -- more people get involved we'll have maybe more leads and people may come forward that they saw something. i think it's a great idea. >> john: richardson is charged with child neglect and is still behind bars and not helping with the search for the baby. daredevil stunts putting others in danger. >> christopher clark taunted a deputy on a motorcycle as he was drive erratically. the deputy tried to run the

couldn't read it clearly. then deputies said that clark sped off. they said other deputies have had other run-ins. >> he's been pursued by other agencies fleeing and eluding. almost like he is taunting the police. breaking laws and speeding by. >> amy: they arrested him for driving without a license before. he dug around on social media and found clark's own facebook page. and clark was even wearing the same clothes he was wearing the day they pulled him over. he is being charged now with fleeing and eluding. >> john: two turned themselves in yesterday. it happened on sunday at a walmart in deltona.

here in central florida to de-criminalize small amounts of marijuana. they voted unanimously to give deputies a choice on what to do if they found someone with 20 grams of marijuana or less. they can give a ticket that carries a $100 fine instead of hauling them off to jail. council members said that opinions of marijuana have changed and there's no need to clog up the court system. >> this day and age has changed. the majority of people have a different view of this day and age on marijuana in general. >> reporter: the new rules on pot will only apply in unincorporated volusia county in the beaches not in any of the cities. >> john: in tallahassee, the state senate giving final approval to the bill that would make changes to the death penalty. >> amy: stemming from a us supreme court ruling that it's

they cited that judges and not juries were making final decisions. on the new bill at least 10 of the 12 jurors need to recommend the death penalty. it's headed to the governor's desk, and he is expected to sign it. that does not apply to the hundreds sitting on death row here in florida. >> john: a proposal which protects clergy members from performing same sex marriages when against their beliefs. they felt they needed this when gay marriage was legalized last year. >> amy: adding regulations to a previous bill passed two years ago by the florida house. a similar bill is going before the florida senate. >> john: a whole lot of sharks
