along with florida... voters will head to the polls in ohio.... illinois... missouri... there's a lot on the line for the candidates today. for republicans... there are 358 delegates at stake. for the dems... 691. several presidential hopefuls will spend their days campaigning in the sunshine state. marco rubio will stay home.... with a campaign event in miami. donald trump will be in palm beach... where he will address voters later tonight..... he'll be joined by fellow frontrunner hillary clinton who will also be in palm beach. let's head out to gina benetiz in where they're expecting a lot of voters today -- good morning, gina! presbyterian church one of the busiest polling places in ark -- more republican voters. but lines expected to be moderate because so many people voted early. trt:22 oc: (take sound byte she politician like my husband is, but i'm pretty good at doing the job. that's what we need. someone who can do the job. )

election to lose. and donald trump are holding big leads in the sunshine k polls shows clinton q! a commanding lead in florida. the latest quinnipiac poll shows clinton ahead of bernie sanders 62-percent to 34- percent heading into today's voting. as for trump.... he is still holding-off marco rubio. a new poll --from "monmoth university" -- shows trump leading rubio 44- percent to 27- percent. ted cruz sits in 3rd --with just 17- percent. trump and rubio traded jabs at events yesterday. both men looking to get the final word --before voters head to the polls. of course, it's all about the

fox 35 news at 10 with live reports from the campaign headquarters-- and political analysis-- you won't get anywhere else! new this morning. search is on for a man impersonating police in lake county. police say the suspect was spotted pulling over a woman near the beef o'brady's on highway 50 in clermont, just before 11 o'clock sunday night. employees at the restaurant watched the whole thing happen and say the man was wearing a brown uniform and carrying a gun. they say the suspect noticed them watching.... and took off in black crown victoria with lights in the windshield. if you see him, call clermont police. news alert. will gather tonight to remember a boy.... orange county. this as the boy's mother speaks out.... demanding justice. scheduled for 15-year-old antwan davis. found shot and killed sunday lakewood avenue and anderson place in ocoee. davis' mother.... stacy thames.... says

new this morning. no charges --for a central florida man arrested for a shooting in sanford. investigators say he was justified in pulling the trigger. 22-year-old tonney mccants was arrested back in january.... after police say he shot 44444444444lled marquis grooms at the kensington oaks apartment complex. ` police say grooms used to date `` mccants' girlfriend.... and ` broke into the apartment and started beating her. that's when they say mccants grabbed his gun... and shot grooms more than a dozen time.

with manslaughter. but our news partners at the orlando sentinel report those charges have been dropped. ` the state says mccants was justified in his use of force... under florida's "stand your ground" law. @`` `p `````` also new this morning.... `xx charges are being reduced for the h@|` motorcycle racing champion.... accused of punching a daytona beach police officer. the daytona beach news journal reporting-- danny eslick had his charge reduced from a felony --to a misdemeanor --after pleading no contest to the crime. he now faces 12 months' probation.... with early termination after six months. finally.... the city of port orange is expected to approve nearly half a million dollars to pay for police body cameras. the daytona beach news journal reports the money will be approved at tonight's meeting. it will pay for 70 camera.... and 70 new tasers. the department is seeking a 5-year deal contract for the devices. in brevard county... someone is vandalizing republican campaign @ signs in melbourne. and-- they are using a tag-line used by

on44444444444 happened over the weekend. police say michael louis-jacques is accused of firing shots outside a greyhound bus station in orlando. when authorities caught up with him-- they say he pulled a gun on officers. he later dropped the weapon-- and no one was hurt. but-- chief mina says his officers are being forced into these dangerous situations more and more. last year-- orlando police say they pulled nearly 7- hundred guns off the streets. they also say officers were shot at-- or forced to use their weapons-- daytona beach chitwood is officially running for volusia county sheriff. this morning we're hearing about his the race. in january, sheriff

retire after 16 years at the end of this year. chitwood says he was encouraged by the community and even the daytona beach mayor to make the move for sheriff. the man accused of attacking an orange county deputy outside of the w-w-e training facility-- must undergo a mental health evaluation. that story kicks off the morning rush. "armando montalvo" was not in court yesterday, but his attorney was. montalvo is accused of trying to break into the orlando facility back in august. he is charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer-- but his attorney argues he is not fit to stand trial. montalvo has previously been diagnosed with bi- polar disorder. he is due back in court on may 20th.

virginia police officer-- who was fatally shot on her first day-- is holding a memorial service for her. "embry-riddle" in daytona beach will hold a service for ashley guindon on march 22. she earned a bachelor's degree in aeronautics at the school. she was killed back in february-- while responding to a domestic dispute at a home in woodbridge, virginia. it was her first day on patrol. orange county leaders doing what they can to stop the ongoing heroin epidemic. the county has seen a spike in herion deaths in the past few years. %u5 14 --in 2011..... and 82-- last year. the county has since created a "heroin task force" --that has worked get 70 additional detox beds-- to help those battling addiction. they are also trying to get a drug-- that acts as anti-venom for overdoses-- in the hands of all 1st responders. county judges are also working to combat the problem-- by increasing bond amounts for heroin
