>> hey, a lot of changes on the way here. this onramp, to state road 408 westbound, it is closed tonight. and it'll be closed for the next three years as workers strive to rebuild the i-4/408 interchange. it's a big change for drivers to get out of downtown to head to pine hills. and the florida turnpike. this onramp, 408 is shut down and a brand new ramp will open in three years from now. >> we know that between 1,500, and 5,000 vehicles use the ramp every day. for those, it'll be a change. >> starting friday morning drivers leaving downtown, they'll use the division street, and go bast past -- past the am

and add ten minutes to the commute. the closing of this spread, shows the work is ramping up on the interchange, that carries 200,000 cars every day. it's the biggest part of the make over on the 21 mile stretch. >> this is the most complex area of construction, and the most confined, and it'll take the longest to complete this part of the project. >> late night drivers, get ready to ride your brakes on i-4 westbound. there'll be rolling road blocks on sunday night, going through thursday night. the serious -- the crews work on the i-4 lanes to install heavy steel beams for a bridge at kirkman road. >> we'll roll traffic at 20 miles per hour, once the traffic gets to the 408, it'll drop slower to 10 miles per hour, until they get to kirkman road.

he was in jail in peru, appears to admit to killing holloway. and he can be heard speaking in dutch, saying he lied to the police of her death. he also says he's guilty, and accepts everything he's done. he was the last person to be seen with the 18-year-old, who vanished back in 2005. one person is dead, three injured after a car crashes into an emergency room in north carolina. the man killed was in the waiting room. they believe he had a medical emergency, and that caused him to crash. the driver is in the hospital. a colorado convenience store clerk, makes the save of a day. she was smiling at a baby, when she noticed the mother's face glazed over, she grabbed the woman's baby, seconds before the woman passed out.
