15-year-old found dead in >> we are following a developing story in orange county. a man shot at an apartment complex is in grave conditions right now. >> the man was an innocent police. gina is live at the scene with more. >> reporter: crime scene investigators just left the scene after being out here for

trying to piece together what happened. deputies say that innocent bystander who was shot was a working who was working on a fence here. that fence surrounds this playground here that belong do is a preschool called ingram abdomen. it happened at the magnolia court condos. and man and his girlfriend got into an argument and the man pulled out a gun attempting to shoot this girlfriend but shot the worker instead. here is what they are saying about the shooter. >> there is no one on the loose. our deputies immediately managed to take into custody the man who was responsible for firing the gun and hitting the innocent by hp stander. >> reporter: the people who live out here are on edge saying the crime is rampant and the

saying crime is prevalent in this area. of course that victim in this case is in grave condition. we will continue to work to get any developing details and bring you the latest as it coming in. >> sonni: a major break in the case of a murdered 15-year-old. >> tonight orange county sheriff deputies arrested two people in connection with the murder of 15-year-old antone davis. hall holly bristow is joining us with more. >> reporter: they have made an arrest in the murder of 15-year-old antone davis thanks to help from the community. here is michael anderson who is in jail charged with second-degree murder and earlier

18-year-old girlfriend lindsey shirly. at the time anderson was being processed davis' family was holding a funeral. >> we know it will not bring antone back but hope the news brings a measure of comfort to the family. >> our hearts and prayers go out to the families of these kids and many others in this type of situation. we hope that it is a wake up call for some young men and women that are involved in that sort of thing. it can be life-changing. >> reporter: the sheriff really made a point in saying that this arrest would not have been possible without help from the community. he said he hopes people around orange county take note of this in case something happens in their neighborhood. it really does take people

the a sanford woman is reunited with her two english bulldogs four days after they were stolen from her home. >> cara and judy are safe and sound and the owner is revealed. the owner was out shopping when the dogs vanished but last night the police got a call from man saying he found them running around the city and gave the dogs away but after searching the police were able to get the dogs back. >> i ran in here and woke everybody up. it was late. like 12 o'clock. i am like they found the dogs. knowing the police stand behind you and help you so much was really a nice feeling. >> the circumstances behind the dog's disappearance is still being investigated.

together to honor a fallen deputy. he was killed last saturday morning after spotting a vehicle going the wrong way and put this cruiser in between that driver and another car. kevin swarez has more. >> reporter: this was the final salute to the hillsboro deputy who knave gave his own life to safe another. >> i am proud to call him a hero. >> reporter: the sheriff's words were shared by thousands. the church was packed. >> i have never seen anything like this in my life. i have been a priest for 20 years and never seen anything like this. >> reporter: a sea of law enforcement, along with the governor, attorney general, and were there.

temperatures are still high up there. 86 was the high today. 62 early morning low and that was six degrees warmer than normal. overnight shower is possible. the action located out towards pensacola is going to break down but some of that will move over the area. if you are in lake, marion, northern volusia, and gainesville, an overnight shower is possible. as we go through the day tomorrow, starting with a chance of morning showers not a big deal. late afternoon and evening, big storms move in along the west coast. they mean weaken and i am not expecting severe weather but heavy downpours. you can see the big storms sitting to the west in the gulf of mexico. satellite and radar showing the cold front to the north. the focus for the heavy rain unfortunately they are getting mississippi and louisiana which they of course do not need the we will get some of that moisture later on tonight. here is the model showing
