condition. the teenager accused of shooting and killing 15-year-old antwan davis last week went before a judge today. the 17-year-old murder suspect did so with his father by his side. >> 17-year-old michael anderson making his first appearance before a judge alongside his father david anderson. >> anderson charged with second degree murder in the death of 15-year-old antwan davis and will spend the next 21 days behind bars. during that time the state attorney will decide whether anderson will be tried as an adult. >> we know this won't bring an tron antwone back, but we hope this news will bring a measure of comfort to his family as they prepare for his funeral. >> the victim 15-year-old antwan davis was found on the sidewalk just before midnight last

members of the department and our own department. a funeral for antwan davis was held today. sir can i talk? >> no. >> well you can, but you probably are going to get yourself in worse trouble than you're in. >> the man accused of shooting a maintenance worker during a dispute with his girlfriend will stay in jail on no bound. the 21-year-old appeared before a judge today. he fired off gunshots as he followed his girlfriend to her car during a fight yesterday afternoon. it happened outside of the magnolia court apartments in orange county. deputies say a man in his 30s was working on a fence next to a daycare and was hit in the shoulder by one of the bullets. his girlfriend was not hurt. he is charged with two counts of contaminated murder -- attempted murder with a firearm. take a look at this video. this happened at the diamond oil

you can see the robber walk into the store and start to wave a gun around demanding money. the store clerk put cash in the bag and the robber ran off. the robber was wearing a blue short sleeve t-shirt, black car copants and brown shoes. a motorcyclist is dead after crashing into a tree. it happened last night in port orange at the corner of town west boulevard. you can see a large number of police on scene. the cause of that crash is under investigation. a lake county community is coming together to help a family who lost their home and a family member. 17-year-old trevor ross was home alone sleeping on wednesday when his house caught fire. fire rescue officials couldn't save the lake minute hola high mineola high school student. now members of the community are donating items to help the family get back to some

france is helping to get him extradited to the country as quickly as possible. >> reporter: today, he was formally charged with participation in a terrorist murder and he admitted to belgium investigators he wanted to blow himself up in france where his brother died, but he changed his mind. this follows a day of dramatic scene in which he and four others were captured in three different raids. two others have been charged with hiding criminals and one other with participation in a terrorist murder. dramatic footage showed the moment he was taken from the apartment and bundled into a car. france has said they will request his extradition as soon as possible, but his lawyer has announced they will fight it. he has now arrived in prison 50 miles from brussels where is there are special isolation cells for terrorists. it's unclear how long until he is sent back to france. last night forensic teams scoured the raided apartments

accomplices hoping he will give information that may lead them to other terrorist cells. he was the logistics guy that planned most of the operation and he has told investigators during the summer he traveled around europe to pick up other attackers and bout hydrogen peroxide to make the explosive vest. we now know the police were tipped off when he called a friend for help. that friend called police. interpoll warned border patrol police to watch out as his accomplices might try to flee. memorials are growing for the victims of a dubai airliner that crashed and burned killing everyone on board. it crashed as the pilot tried to land the plane. the company issued a statement says all 55 passengers and 7 crew members died. a russian law enforcement agency is investigating the crash. so far they were able to recover

they believe the crash might have been caused by severe weather. in turkey a suicide attacker detonated a bomb in istanbul earlier today. two americans were among the victims killed. it happened on a shopping street. authorities say it killed at others. foreigners and at least three are israeli nationals. turning to the war against isis a young man from virginia says he made a bad decision to join isis and now he is talking about why he left. fox news jennifer griffin has the story. >> reporter: 26-year-old american from alexandria, virginia surrendered to a kurdish general after spends months with isis in syria and iraq. in his first intervie he interview he says he wasn't thinking straight when he traveled to turkey to join

more than 36,000 foreign fighters including at least 6,000 from the west, have traveled to iraq and syria from 120 countries. at first his father denied this was his son. he has since been cool cooperating with the fbi. the u.s. military will allow the justice department to take the lead in questioning the isis defector, they are hoping the defector will be allowed to tell people how isis is distorting islam. isis has lost 40% of its land in iraq and recently had to cut fighters salaries in half. we don't know if that was a factor in this. i would have lired to hear the entire interview i'm not sure if it is in there, but would have liked to hear him say he regretted signing onto an organization sworn to kill americans and other freedom fighters. instead he said he is disappointed he couldn't smoke

what is interesting we're still seeing quite a bit of rain in the southern part of this front. between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on our sunday. so, not an entire washout, but a lot of rain in the area. but we do get better, but a little too late if you ask me with the sunday chances 60% and absolutely zero not a zip as we get into monday and tuesday. just cooler there. what is intriguing to me we see another approach of rain weird modeling wants to bring it in not only from the north and northwest, but also from the south and southwest. that overspreads orlando metro and the beach front. you see the time stamp here. this particular model wants to wrap up the rain well before the noon hour and induce the north westerly air flow bringing in a stable, cooler dryer air mass that sets the tone for the weather as we get into next week. until then, looks as though again, some wetter times ahead that's going to be the case late tonight and for at least a

monday with a gusty north northwest wind. we'll talk more in a few guys. enjoy that cooloff thank you jayme. a fox 35 crime alert to tell you about. daytona beach police want you to take a good look at this photo. they say this man walked into a office depot on south nova road march 10 and stole a pair of beach headphones. well. thankfully nobody was hurt. anyone with information about this is asked who this man is or has any information call the daytona beach police. and lake county, the state fire marshal is investigating a house fire. it happened over night in the 1800 block of south street in leesburg. multiple agencies responded within minutes of getting the 911 call. it was shut down for a short time as crews worked to put out the flames. no one was injured. can running and meditation help cure depression? >> well, i don't know can it? i hope so. new research says it might be more effective than medication.
