relationship between the victim... and her suspected killer. dozens of people turned out last night for a candlelight vigil... honoring 15-year-old destiny bargman. according to police... she was shot and killed around 1-30 saturday afternoon. investigators are not releasing any information surrounding the circumstances of the shooting.... but they do say they've arrested a `` 16-year-old boy in connection with the shooting... and are charging him with second degree murder. since the shooting... bargman's family says they've discovered the two were dating. right now... police are not releasing the name of the ` teenager in custody. meanwhile... bargman's family says they're still looking for answers as to how this tragedy could have happened. new this morning-- deputies in alachua county have shot and killed a man they say refused to lower a gun. it happened around 10 last night at the "majestic oaks" apartment complex in gainesville. deputies say.. they responded to a call from a man who said he was walking
