lane. after hitting that bicyclist, the driver just took off. the bicyclist, unfortunately, was pronounced dead at scene. troopers don't have a exact vehicle description. witnesses say it may have been a 54-year-old man. if you have any information in this case, you're asked to call fhp or crime line. deputies have arrested a man who they say is behind a deadly shooting in orlando. the 28-year-old has been charged with murder. but deputies said that additional charges may be under way. it happened the the diamond club in semoran in orlando. one person died and two others were injured. happening now, president obama and the first family touched down in havana, cuba,

dozens turned out to honor 15-year-old destiny bargman. according to police, she was shot and killed saturday around 1:30. police are not releasing any information regarding the circumstances, but they sigh they have arrested a 16-year-old boy and charging him with second degree murder. since the shooting, the bargman's family discovered that they were in a relationship. >> we're finding out that she was in a secret relationship with this young man. >> bargman's family said they're looking for answers as to how this tragedy could have happened. sea world is announcing good flews. their good news. the whale is getting better.

we just ask for prayers. >> reporter: saturday afternoon the 15-year-old girl was shot and killed inside her home. investigators have not said what led up to the shooting but a 16-year-old is in custody. being charged with second degree murder. bargman's family said that the two were dateing. >> that's what we're finding out, she was secretly in a relationship with this young man. >> reporter: they remembered and honored the 15-year-old with a candlelight vigil. she was a honor disweunt had so much going for her. >> lis are not releasing the name of the teenager in custody. we're working to figure out all the details that led to the shooting.

jackie orozco, fox 35 news >> luanne: deputies have shot and killed a man they say refused to lower a gun. at the majestic oaks apartment in gainesville. they responded to a call from a man who said he was walking around the complex with a m-16 assault rifle. here's a picture of the gun. deputies say that this is a picture of the gun the man was carrying. he refused to put down the gun and walked towards an apartment building. the gunman. >> john: a man is found dead following a fire at a home in orange county. pineway and south texas avenue just ` before 6:00 p.m. yesterday. one neighbor saw the flames and to get inside. >> tried to go in the front. opened the front door, and all of that smoke and stuff came out. >> john: just a few minutes later, fire crews were there putting out the flames. the state fire marshals office

we are keeping our eyes on this big mess on i-4 westbound in volusia county. we have a crash blocking all lanes. all westbound lanes of i-4 in volusia county. just before state road 44. we'll have an alternate route foi in just a few minutes. >> john: a man in brevard county is behind bars accused of stabbing his girlfriend with a screw driver >> luanne: this all happened yesterday morning inside of a tent on the back back yard of a home on wisteria drive. this man became enraged and stabbed his girlfriend with a screw driver in the back and neck. he is facing charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault.
