terrorist attacks. airports in france and new york have beefed up security because of the attacks. authorities in plusels are calling this a terrorist attack. the belgium prime minister said that this is a dark moment for his nation and is calling on calm and solidarity. chaos erupted at the airport in brussels. this is cellphone video posted on dwirt moments after the explosion at the airport. you can see people running as smoke billowed outside of the building. taking a look inside of the airport, even more chaos. >> all of the luggage stays here. >> reporter: people were evacuated and reports that at least 23 people were killed. smashed glass and debris injured several hours. and witnesses described what they saw as they were forced to evacuated. >> a smoke, water drieping from

and we're waiting to hear from oia to see if they have increased security. and monitoring social media to bring you the very latest. >> john: this is just days after the main suspect in the paris terrorist attacks was arrested in brussels. ryan has more. >> reporter: after his attack, salah abdeslam said that he created a new network and planning new attacks. there's speculation that the attacks today in belgium could be related. and salah abdeslam was the prime suspect in the attack that killed 130 people in paris. he reportedly left his suicide vest in paris. he was found living some 500 yards from his childhood home. and investigators said that he told them he planned to blow himself up during the attacks but changed his mind. in the meantime, police are releasing the picture of another

eastbound from the attractions to downtown, 12 minutes. hopping on the 408, westbound from the 417 to downtown, will take you 8 minutes. developing this morning, the search is on for two suspects who broke into a ucf student's apartment. >> the tivoli apartments across the street from ucf's it campus. that's where fox 35's gina benitez has the very latest. good morning. do we know anything about the suspects that the police are searching for right now? >> reporter: good morning, luanne. no, at this point we really don't know anything. there were two suspects and the student robbed did not recognize them. tivoli is a private apartment complex but the majority of the people who live here are, in fact, ucf students. this happened a little after 12:30 this morning. two men with a gun went into an unlocked apartment here at

the man kicked in the victim's bedroom door while he was sleeping, pulled out a gun and robbed him. the two men stole some property. it's not clear what they got away with. this morning it's not clear why the victim was targeted. we're working to get more information from the seminole county sheriff's office. what we doe know is that the suspects are still on the run. if you have any information, as always, call the sheriff's office. gina benitez, fox 35 news. >> luanne: orange county deputies are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a ground. now that shooting happened near a basketball court in the area of old apopka road and 13 hght street. that's just southwest of orange blossom trail. deputies say multiple shots were fired around 2:30 yesterday afternoon. one bullet hit a teenage boy. he died at the hospital. despite the crowd there, no one

class families to afford. i always find it interesting. we talk about the national numbers. never reflects what we see here in florida. are we mirrorrerring what's going on nationwide? >> we're a little more balanced but the inventory is very low. creating a lot more demand. prices are up up as a reflection. and inventory being low, it's much more difficult for the ample buyer to -- for the average buyer to go out. >> so many people moving back to florida after the down years and builders couldn't build enough for the sneem. >> the low interest rate, i think is the leading factor. giving people an opportunity to get into a home. and new construction is huge in our area. builders have seen the confidence back in the market. they're able to build on a much bigger scale. there's a lot more of that as

and pricing driving up. you have people that could not have sold years ago. and now you can sell, and move up, and creating the higher demand. >> john: but nothing to move into. >> that's the challenge. >> john: a new report said that people are being priced out. is it getting to what it was in 2006, a salary doesn't buy an entry level house? some of that. >> some of that is part of it, and buyers are willing to pay more because of the demand. and features not getting money, like palm view, lake front, having a pool were not as much of a commodity. when the inventory was there, they had so much to choose from, and they could be more picky. and now you can't be as picky. there's not as much available. the prices of the features are going up as well as the prices of the homes. >> john: we're talking trade-up
