taking you to 192, the westbound lane right after the florida turnpike, there is a crash with a road block. you can see all the red, big delays there. again, this is in kissimmee 192 in the westbound lane. taking a look at drive time, slow downs to colonial, will take you 26 minutes. eastbound from the attractions to downtown 23 minutes, if you're using the 408 heading west from the 417 to downtown, 11 minutes. louann and john, back to you. >> staying on top of the breaking news, the death toll continues to rise. >> let's go to jackie orozco with the latest. >> reporter: we have been monitoring everything online. we're hearing at least 28 people confirmed dead in these several terrorist attacks, talking about at least 3 attacks in brussels, moments ago the white house said, right here, you can check

the -- president obama, who is in cuba has been briefed, said this is a dark moment for his solidarity. the first attack occurred early this morning at an airport, 13 people were killed when two explosions went off. reports are that the explosions went off at an american airlines ticket counter in a departure lounge. planes were evacuated on all the flights in and out of brussels have been cancelled. >> you felt the explosion? >> yeah... >> smashed windows. we didn't get any information. >> i was waiting for my suitcase, and somebody said over evacuation. we were taken outside. >> and just an hour after the airport attacked, an explosion ripped through a brussels subway station, 15 people were killed, and 55 others injured.

paris has increased security as well as prime minister saying that europe is at war, there was no immediate claim of responsibility. meanwhile, facebook has activated it's safety check, check it out right here, it allows people, if they are near the brussels area, to check in with family, friends, loved ones, in the aftermath of the attacks in brussels, to let everyone know that they're okay. for now, reporting live in the studio, jackie orozco, fox 35 news. >> all happening days after the main suspect in the terrorist attacks was arrested in brussels. ryan's standing by with more. >> reporter: good morning, authorities quick to say salah abdeslam was cooperating, said he had been planning new attacks and creating a new network. there's early speculation that today's attacks in belgium could be related to that. this is video for the raid that took him down. he is the only prime suspect still alive from the november 13 attacks that killed 130 in paris. he was on the run four months

home. abdeslam said he had planned to blow himself up during the paris terrorist attacks, but changed his mind. police are releasing a picture of a man who they say they are actively searching for. a 24-year-old who traveled to hungary in 2015 with the suspect no one has claimed responsibility for the attacks in belgium. >> also developing this morning, the search is on for two suspects who deputies say broke into a ucf student's home and robbed him at gunpoint. >> it happened right across the street from ucf's campus, that's where we find gina benitez with the latest. good morning, what have you found out? >> reporter: good morning, louann, the ucf student said he did not know those two men who broke into his apartment and robbed him at gunpoint.

who those two suspects are, and they're still on the run this morning. this whole thing happened at around 12:30. semino county sheriff's deputies said two men went in, pulled out a gun and robbed him. they stole property. it is unclear what they got away with, and this morning, it's also not clear why this victim was targeted. we're not sure if he was intentionally targeted, or if this is just a crime of opportunity because the door was unlocked. but at this point authorities are asking for all the help they can get. so if you have any information on this case, you're asked to call the semino county sheriff. reporting in semino county, gina benitez, fox 35 news. orange county deputies are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a teenager at a crowded playground, it happened near a basketball cold near 13th street southwest of orange blossom trail. deputies arrived on the scene

they say multiple shots were fired. one of those pull lets hit a teenaged boy. that boy died at the hospital and despite the crowd out there at the time, police say no one it. is talking about what they saw. >> continuing the call on local associations, persons, especially people who may have witnessed this crime, to come forward, and to say something about it. >> reporter: right now, investigators have not released that victim's name. we have a crime alert now. police are looking to track down a pair of robbery suspects before they strike again. >> officers say the duo is responsible for four armed robberies in altamont springs. here's a sketch of one of the men. officers say the suspects are in their early 20s and were seen wearing hooded sweat shirts. officers say the two men robbed four people at four different condo complexes yesterday morning. detectives tell us, in all four of the cases, the suspects approach people in the parking

look at this, the procession of storms starting to kick back up, our saving grace, as we go deeper into this week into the weekend, we're looking for moisture associated with these passing systems. i suppose kind of an indirect influence in the local weather as these things here stay well to our north, spinning our winds southerly and capturing moisture south of the state. that will play out as a larger rain chance into thursday. by friday, saturday, sunday, we're talking 50% chance. that may go upwards a little bit of that bar depending how much moisture get accumulated, you can see the modeling, varying degrees of this, bringing it in and enhancing the rain chance from time to time. i've included that in the 7-day forecast, as well, the warmth is spiking on thursday at 85. increase in moisture and cloud cover, in turn, cooler temperatures overall, just highs, low 80s, friday,

attacks in brussels. the white house said president obama, who is in cuba, has been briefed on the situation. this began following reports of at least two explosions at the main airport in brussels. this is video from twitter capturing the chaos moments after the explosions. people can be seen running from the airport as smoke billowed out of the bidding, a crowd444444444444 walking underground along the rail track inside a dark smokey tunnel, this is new video that just came in. 55 people injured at the subway explosion, and a 15 others were killed. now, plains were being evacuated on the runways, all flights in and out of brussels have been cancelled and planes diverted away from the airport. let's hear from some americans who witnessed those explosions. >> i knew we were not close to it, we were close enough that it reverberated through our entire bodies.

a man drove up in a blue jaguar, he leaned in trying to scare her, saying if you don't come to me, i will come to you. the suspect is described as a dark-skinned man between 30 and 40, 5'6", 180 pound, if you have information, contact daytona beach police. >> investigators are trying to figure out how a fire started at disney's animal kingdom during the festival of the lion king show. a fox 35 viewer shared this twitter video with us showing cast members and guests evacuated that building. the good news, no one was hurt. >> also a new case of the zika virus has been found right here in central florida. new research shows the state is now home to more than half of all u.s. cases. according to the florida department of health, the latest case was found in osceola county. officials have also found two new cases in miami dade and one in broward county. these new cases bring florida's total to 71, all of them thus far are travel related. according to the cdc there 116

warming up, upwards with 40s now county. let's take a look at the day ahead, it's a nice day, cool start, i'll give you that. heck, look at this, a fabulous ending, 74 by 2:00, 73 by 8:00 tonight. 68. nowhere near as cool during the various time slots through the course of the day 24 hours ago, a much cooler, chillier day, man, the winds were cranking. winds continue to relax. we'll see the southern branch of the jet stream, tropical jet force downward, it may come up some in the coming days system after system passing to the north as the highs move to the atlantic, and somewhat displaced from the state. this should allow a sharp increase in moisture, and temperatures coming up, we peak on thursday, probably somewhere in the mid and upper 80s. a warm spell is on the way. we'll have our moments of rainfall moving through from thursday into friday, i think saturday and sunday, as well,
