we want to get over to luanne who is standing by with the latest details. >> good morning to you both. after a massive manhunt the third suspect was reportedly arrested in brussels this morning. police say he is seen in this surveillance picture with the two suspected suicide bombers at the investigators believe the third suspect was there to make sure attack. he was arrested after police passed out photos and raided several apartments overnight. now, the two suicide bombers have been identified as brothers. officials believe they loaded luggage carts full of explosives and then hit the detonators in their gloves. you can see them on their left hands. and here's some new video this morning of the airport which remains closed right now. 34 people were killed in the attacks at that airport and several subway stations, 250 other people were wounded. isis has claimed responsibility for all of these attacks.

>> this is a big development on capturing the third suspect. obviously there was an intent manhunt. how impact ful is this in the mission already. >> i think it's a very good thing that we caught him, but i would also caution that we can't get comfortable with this. this is a very sophisticated network, ryan, if you just go back and talk through what isis has been able to do, talk -- taking over large swathes of land in iraq, taking over cities, conducting genocide. i think although a positive thing we captured him, we also captured salah abdeslam. we need to continue to press the fight on all fronts. >> we just showed this image of these men pushing the carts through, i was disturbed like be. it looks like they're going to a grocery store pushing the carts undefect. how shocking is that. >> it's surreal, the level of

they must be destroyed. we have to all understand that. to do it it's also going to take everybody from our allies to our intelligence agencies to our local law enforcement guys and then also within our communities, we have to understand, if you see something, you have to report it, because this threat is very different and it's a new front in this war. >> is the glove a good example that now airport will know to look for those type of things and in the past they may not have thought anything about that? >> yeah. i mean, it's kind of interesting. when you saw the one glove without the -- and one hand with not, i think that -- i think that if it the -- the bottom line is if you see something that looks out of place, you have to report it, and if it's nothing, well, that's okay. but if it is something, then, you know, that's a good thing, so resiliency, vigilance is going to be key as we move forward in this fight, ryan. >> the president has taken a little heat for keeping his schedule. he went to the rays baseball game

cruz taking all 40 of utah's delegates. donald trump won all 58 of arizona's delegates. on the democratic side of things, bernie sanders picked up two out of three states, but he could not pull it out in the biggest of the contests last night. it was clinton who came out on top in arizona. she's controlling 58% of the vote there this morning. sanders won both the idaho and the utah caucus. of course keep it right here. coming up on 7:30 half hour, plus our political analysts will break down the new numbers. a new batch of supplies now on its way to the international space station. >> three, two, one. lift off. the atlas 5 rocket. supplies for the crew, experimental for the science. >> the launched from cape canaveral last night. it is loaded with 8,000 pounds of cargo for the iss.

that the spacecraft will begin phase two of its trip. nasa says the goal is to see how fire behaves in microgravity. it will then head back to earth and it will burn up in the atmosphere. that should be fascinating. >> some people struggle to even understand that concept. 7:09 this morning. new details new in the search for a gunman who shot a man. this happened outside of a maitland hotel. >> this happened about 10:30 outside of the extended stay on pembroke. she's here in the studio with what police are saying about the suspect. hi, kate. good morning. maitland police telling us the victim was organ using with them when he pointed the gun in the car and fired off three rounds. he took off, while he drove to the nearby 7-eleven and called for help. the cops say they're getting conflicting stories about what happened. the victim says he knows the man who shot him, but he wasn't cooperating with police on scene.

>> talk about the pretty sunrise on a wednesday morning. 52 degrees, so not real warm this morning. good news if you like it in the 80s, we're going to get over the number for the first time in a couple days. it got really chilly last night. we were at a baseball game. it felt like it dropped 15 degrees. >> new from overnight. we've been telling you about this. the tampa bay rays pitcher saying they were stuck on the tarmac for more than six hours. >> they laid in cuba in front of the president and raul castro. they have just returned to the u.s. alcides mcgee. chris archer -- good morning. >> yeah, good morning to you. we'll talk about chris archer's tweets here in a second. first let's talk about this enormous delay. they were sitting on the tarmac in havana for seven hours. they had some mechanical issues and at about 4:00 in the morning the second airplane arrived so the folks -- the lady raiders and the coaching staff and all the equipment was loaded up on the

here at tampa international airport at about 5:00 a.m. and you can see the team loading up on the charter buses. you can also see two large box trucks loading up all the gear they took to cuba. it was a long, long day for the tampa bay rays and as we just mentioned a little while ago, chris archer took to twitter, making some funny comments. while stuck on the plane he says, quoted, we went from hashtag rays in cuba. to rays stuck in cuba. he also tweets out, the shower at the stadium in cuba today wasn't working after the game, so many guys haven't showered yet. considering they were on the airplane there for seven hours. no doubt this was a historic visit for not only the tampa bay well. this is only the second time a major league baseball team has traveled to cuba since fidel 1959.

american president since calvin coolidge did it back in 1928. 50,000 people packed the stadium and they all cheered when the president arrived and of course the rays gave mr. obama something to cheer about too. early in the game the rays were up 1-0. he hit a shot to right field. you can see the president get up there and give the safe sign. you can also see he kind of look at president raul castro, almost looks like he's talking a little bit of trash there. the rays dominate this game 4-1. during the game, espn interviewed the major league baseball commissioner. he says he hopes the relations improve. in fact the commissioner says he hopes to see that both cuban players not only playing in cuba but playing in major league male. and of course with this visit comes political ramifications, what this means for the blockade and what this means for the cuban people is still unknown.

expected to be playing in fort afternoon. they're playing against the minnesota twins, but i spoke with the pr person a short time ago. he tells me the team that traveled to cuba will not be playing in fort myers today at 1:00. instead the team will be made up of minor league players. the guys are wearing -- that just arrived a short time ago should have the day off today, so they should be in st. pete by now in their car on the way home. now. they need some rest. they've been in cuba for the last couple of days. >> i i have to tell you, alcides. i watched the game. they got minor league life. they may appreciate their major league lifestyle a little better now. >> oh, no doubt about it. you know -- you know what's funny? so my family is cuban, and i have an uncle that lives -- that lives in cuba, and he was telling me this team that played against the rays, that's -- comparable to the yankees or boston, like the best

americans are traveling and getting ready to traveling for spring break. the u.s. department has issued fly. jackie orozco is joining us live that. good morning, jackie. good to see you. >> good morning, amy, nice to see you as well. the u.s. state department has issued warnings to all americans traveling through europe because of those attacks that happened in brussels. here at oia, things have been going very smoothly, but we have noticed an increase in security. people in uniform, not in uniform, the state department says terrorists continue to plan attacks throughout europe targeting sporting events, tourist sites, restaurants and other locations. here at oia the airport says it has enhanced all security measures in response to the attacks in brussels. now again some changes are visible and others are not. now passengers won't be noticing because there will be many officers undercover in plain

beach dunes on fire and then taking selfies, he says, in the name of art. >> it's a bizarre story and tops our morning rush this morning. firefighters say up to 200 feet of the dunes were set on fire when they got to flatler beach early monday morning. this man was setting them and then letting them burn for a few minutes and then stomping them out. deputies arrested munson. they say he claimed full responsibility for the damage, claiming he wanted to burn the grass away so he could see the litter that visitors had left behind. he planned to toss out all of that to make the area a little more presentable. >> flagler county mans are looking for a man who posed as a t-mobile worker and then stole cell phones. jamal brown, he's from georgia, he went into the target store in palm coast on monday. he asked an employee to get into an equipment room there and when he got inside, deputies say he stole 41 cell phones valued at about $31,000. funk you know where he is you're

>> i think it's about three weeks too late. >> i mean, jeb bush, if he wanted to support ted cruz, he should have done it much earlier, quite frankly, but i guess his goal is maybe to try to coalesce delegates around cruzhp as the race goes forward, but i just think it may be a little bit too late quite frankly. >> and i suspect ted cruz would share your feeling on that as well. it didn't help in arizona. a lot of people voted. >> let's talk about the big news yesterday. donald trump has been big on this issue. does it help him that we see another tracking on another issue that he said, look, basically i told you this was going to happen. >> absolutely. there's no doubt about it, that donald trump benefited from late breaking voters. the guy has done a master full job when it comes to media and framing his guy as the guy that's going to be strong against terror, the whole amnesty and immigration battle. although it wasn't him who was actually the first to bring it in for the national forefront, that was rick santorum and rick perry,

voice. he's much better with media. ted cruz actually had a better plan, because he's so bolsterous, when things like this happen, it helps donald trump and you have to give credit to the guy. he's done a masterful job with the media and also he benefited not only from the late breaking voting, but he benefited from the fact that ted cruz still -- even though rubio isn't in the race there was 18% dead vote in arizona that cruz could have picked up. so with that and kasich cruz is still splitting the vote while donald trump is riding high. >> obviously donald trump has a problem in the mormam community. what does this tell you? >> honestly, >> donald trump is going to have a problem. a lot of people were talking about how donald trump is winning so many evangelicals, what they neglected to tell you is how many of those evangelicals are

that's an you'll that's lost on me. when you get to people firmer in their faith, donald trump is going to have a hard time. where he benefits in the west accident even though i think ted cruz should probably doing better than he is, it is a fact that he is very strong on amnesty. cruz has a better border plan quite frankly than trump, but it doesn't matter. trump is able to package his border plan where it sounds strong. >> let's finish with bernie sanders. he takes two out of three last night. he closes it a little bit, but mathematically still well behind. >> man. i've got to tell you. hillary has to be praying and thanking the delegate gods, if you will, because those super delegates are helping her. bernie sanders, you have to be impressed with the guy. i mean, it's scary to me that so many people are ill informed that will voted for him. but the fact that he's arousing so much energy behind his campaign.

today we'll make it to 80 degrees. maybe some low 80s around central florida. once again there's no cold air anywhere in the southeast all the way back towards texas and oklahoma. temperature right now oklahoma city, 61. it's 55 in omaha. omaha, nebraska, warmer than orlando. that will training as >> a lot of folks will see a return to winter. today we're going to see a lot of sunshine. more clouds right along the coast than we will see inland, but i think it's going to be a spectacular day weather wise anyway you look at it. southeast winds today, same thing tomorrow. tomorrow a slight chance of a shower. but look what happens on friday. this frontal boundary just stalls right across central florida and what does that do? friday, saturday, sunday, it's going to serve as the triggering mechanism for some rain, maybe some heavy downpours and some thunderstorms. not a washout by any stretch of the imagination.
