>> samantha: we are at 25 right now with cloudy skies in cleveland. no snow in the metro yet. in fact, i don't think we're seeing much, if any, snow. the air is really dry, so i suspect most of the returns on the radar are not making it down to the ground. if anything is mixing down to the surface, it's likely just flurries, and i've checked many reports out here. no one is reporting any snow. so, again, most of this probably not making it down to the ground, but it may work to saturate the atmosphere, meaning some of it could. we'll be closely watching the radar to determine whether or not we see any snowshowers before lunchtime. i think we get most of the snow this afternoon through tonight. 1 to 2 inches of snow possible, but most of us just see closer to that one-inch part of that
