shot and one student and a teacher was released from the hospital but the other student is in critical condition. hena daniels is in new york. >> reporter: the teenage begunman is in police custody this morning. now authorities are trying to figure out what led to this tragic school shooting in this rural town on. the teen is accused of first shooting and killing his own father before driving to the elementary school and opening fire on the playgr closed today and the rest of the week as investigators try to figure out what led a teenager to open fire on school grounds wednesday. >> did he have issues at school? definite issues at home? we don't know but we are certainly going to run the gamut of everything. >> reporter: authorities say the 14-year-old suspect drove to the school, got out of his car, and started shooting at people on the playground with a handgun. frantic parents were sent an emergency text and rushed to the
