a deadly bus crash in california. thirteen people were killed and 31 others were injured. the accident happened early sunday north north of palm streams, east of los angeles. the bus was returning from a casino. a maintenance crew had slowed traffic on the interstate just before the crash. a crane was needed to separate a bus and a tractor trail. the truck very early sunday morning. >> in almost 35 years, i've never been to a crash where there is 13 confirmed fatal accidents so it's tough. >> reporter: most of the passengers were sleeping. >> the trailer, itself, entered about 15 feet into on the bus, so you can see that it was a

here's another look at this morning's top stories. 13 people were killed when a tour bus crashed into a truck just north of palm springs, california. 31 others were injured. the bus was returning to los angeles from a sunday morning. the bus was traveling so fast it ended up 15 feet inside the tractor-trailer. clinton says she will spend the final weeks of the campaign trying to get democrats elected to congress and the senate. trump says don't count him out. north carolina is a battleground state in this year's presidential election but as jamie yuccas explains, voting
