testing. >> denise: and there are high levels of iron and in one case lead. paul orlousky has more on what is being done to fix the problem. >> reporter: would you bathe your children in this water? would you drink it? it is a message from last friday. >> i would not drink that. >> reporter: bottled water and berea water. it brings up an interesting question. in the wake of flint could there be heavy mal chrome or even lead? berea water? one of the samples we took from three berea homes that we had tested contained lead. today he complained he didn't have time to respond. >> at this point give us time to get the water tested. >> reporter: he says when he told us he wouldn't drink the discolored sample he didn't know about the lead. he is right. we didn't either. >> we didn't discuss lead. >> reporter: we didn't find out until yesterday morning.

getting national attention now. it started inside the store. a woman was caught shoplifting. she then runs to a get away car, and that's when police confronted the three people inside the vehicle. the officer pulls out a baton and shows a gun before the suspects took off nearly hitting the police officer. canton police say the officer didn't do anything wrong. after a brief chase police arrested the three and they are all facing multiple charges. >> romona: the gunman who shot and killed a freshman was sentenced to death. they convicted graham of murder, rob bray and other charge -- robbery and other charges. nick massa was shot and killed in february at an off campus party. graham's co-defendants testified against him. they are set to go on trial in a week. >> denise: vandals with sling shots cased damage to several small businesses in westlake.

sara goldenburg getting answers on the search for the suspects. >> reporter: westlake police think the vandals are using sling shots and marbles to do the damage. one victim was hit in the ear while driving, but hey is okay. small business owners worry as this continues it will hurt their bottom line. >> five small businesses took a hit. window after window marked by full of shattered glass. it didn't stop their taekwondo class. >> we are worried about that. >> reporter: it is usually a quiet shopping center, but the vandals caused $8,000 worth of damage. police found this marble left behind at the scene. >> i hope no more situation. >> reporter: they are still

store window was hit too. >> it is teenagers or something, but it is time to move on. >> reporter: he has owned it for almost a decade. jay my biggest thing is when i see the client walking out with a big smile and that's what they enjoy. >> reporter: he lives by the motto he hangs on this sign in the window. treat others as you want to be treated yourself. the vandals could learn from that. >> i hope they read it before they shot it. >> reporter: the landlord installed eight cameras to keep the small business owners safe and help identify the suspects if they come back. in three separate incidents the drivers call police saying someone shot marbles at their cars while on the road. >> i hope they learn their lesson. >> reporter: he says he is sleeping in his shop to keep an eye on things. if you have any information on the suspects, give westlake police a call.
