architect who hired him knowing he was n qualified. olympic athlete oscar pistorius is out of prison. he was paroled yesterday a day earlier than expected aft spending nearly a year behind bars. for the death of his girlfriend reva steenkamp. pistorious is now under house arrest and will remain that way for the next four years. prosecutors are appealing his manslaughter conviction hoping to have it changed to murder. if that happens, pistorious would return to prison for 15 years. and backn this country, poli in the cleveland area have released dashcam footage of the scene of a domestic incident involving brown's quarterback johnny manziel. his suv seen here othe side of a road after being pulled over by police. his girlfriend was also in that vehicle. she says both of them had been drinking before having a fight. and on the footage you hear colleen crowley say manziel hit her a couple of times. the whole thing is being called a concern by manziel's coach. >> i get it. i get the concern and the outcry

police say the elderly driver was pulling ot of a parking spot when she hit the rever and raced backward into that market. lawsuits from vehicle owners stemming in volkswagen's emission scandal are stacking up. more than 200 suits have been fileds in the last few weeks. many claiming volkswagen marketed its diesel engine cars as clean taurths for y years knowing that the vehicles were cheating emissions tests. vw almos inevitably will have to compensate owners. some experts say the company could be force offed to buy back the cars all together. the price of gas has plulunged in some areas below $2 a gallon. the nationwide average for a gallon of gas now $2.26, the lowest since february. it's 58 cents cheaper than this time last year. drivers in south carolina and new jersey are paying the lowest just under 2 bucks a gallon. in jersey, they fill itp for you.
