the videos also show terrified twin peaks employees running for cover. minutes later a parade of bikers surrendering with their hands up. these videos are being made public just as the grand jury down in waco hears all of the cases against all of those bikers and that's why pice and the prosecutor are so upset. they're worried this leak could affect the outcome. ryan owens, abc news, dallas. a shocking incident aboard a school bus in central iowa. cell phone video appears to show a 61-year-old school bus driver assaulng a 15-year-old special needs student. investigators say the driver was upset with the student for not sitting in an assigned seat. other students can be heard screaming at the driver to stop. the driver faces a list of charges including child endangerment. the student was treated by an ambulance crew but did not need hospalization. a los angeles woman is terrified after catching her neighbor setting her minivan on fire. security cameras capture the scene.
