waterloo officer involved shooting. elias: a man is being treated for injuries after being involved in a shootout with waterloo police while attempting to escape by car. police attempted to stop 24-year- old brandon seeley around three tuesday afternoon.. seeley, who had an arrest warrant, drove at one of the officers, that's when the officer fired at seeley's car. a chase then ensued, coming to an end at a garage on hackett road. seeley was taken to the hospital and remains in custody. no officers were injured during the incident. sabrina: the medicaid debate brought plenty of spectators to the statehouse tuesday... sabrina: governor branstad's plan to privatize iowa's medicaid program went before a state legislature oversight committee... people talked about why they do't think that's a good idea at the public hearing. one of the top concerns voiced is the short amount of time to get everything done. there are 560- thousand iowans

wrestled to the ground by a school bus driver last week. elias: his family are silence. the whole caught on video. it started when 9th grader christian suarez assigned seat. the bus driver ear and shoves him to the ground after suarez throws a book at him and makes a profane comment. christian says he threw the book because he was afraid of the bus driver once he pulled over to confront him. the 15 year old suffers from brain seizures and has the functioning level of a third grader.
