waterloo officer involved shooting. elias: a man is being treated for injuries after being involved in a shootout with waterloo police while attempting to escape by car. police attempted to stop 24-year- old brandon seeley around three tuesday afternoon.. seeley, who had an arrest warrant, drove at one of the officers, that's when the officer fired at seeley's car. a chase then ensued, coming to an end at a garage on hackett road. seeley was taken to the hospital and remains in custody. no officers were injured during the incident. sabrina: the medicaid debate brought plenty of spectators to the statehouse tuesday... sabrina: governor branstad's plan to privatize iowa's medicaid program went before a state legislature oversight committee... people talked about why they do't think that's a good idea at the public hearing. one of the top concerns voiced is the short amount of time to get everything done. there are 560- thousand iowans
