know before you walk out the door... sabrina: authorities are investigating a death at the home on 11th avenue southeast in altoona. police were called to the house wednesday, where they found a woman's body inside. the iowa d-c-i has been called in to assist in the investigation. an autopsy is scheduled for today... elias: number four... elias: in ohio, authorities have confirmed that nine people died in tuesday's plane crash. the aircraft burst into flame after clipping a telephone line and smashing into an apartment building. the victims include the pilot, co-pilot, and seven employees of a florida- based real- estate developer... the cause of the crash is still under investigation, but it is believed to have been mechanical. sabrina: and finally in the top five... sabrina: as the holiday season approaches, prepare to pay a bit more for the big meals. due the to avian flu outbreak that hit iowa, the price of turkey has gone up 30 to 40 percent. of the 72 farms that had to depopulate, 35 were commercial turkey farms.

"it was very windy that day, very windy and out of nowhere the storms started brewing" "i looked to sw and see a black column and dirt surround the tornado" november 12th 2005. by the time tornado sirens rang out, this twister was on top of woodward. " it kind of just came out of nowhere" barreling down on homes and businesses. " i didnt even bother to put shoes on, went 3 miles down the road, came back adn it was all over that quickly"

will be split evenly between those for the project and those against... local five will have live team coverage from the hearing starting this morning on local five news midday. elias: we should get more details today on a death investigation in altoona... elias: wednesday evening police were called to a home on eleventh avenue southeast... once officers arrived on scene, they found a woman dead inside of the home. the iowa d-c-i have been called in to assist in the investigation. the home remained an active crime scene for most of the evening... police have not released many detials at this time, but should have more information pending an autopsy that is scheduled for today sabrina: a reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest in a robbery case... it happened at an i-wireless store on grand avenue on the night of october 24th. police say this woman is the robber. she's described as heavy set and between 20 and 30 years old.
