want to be, i'm now the person i want to be. [ cheers and applause ] >> welcome back. i think we're proving that nothing helps you lose weight, sculpt your body, and get fit better and faster than chalene's revolutionary piyo program. but remember -- in order to take advantage of today's special offer, you got to call the number on the screen right now. piyo worked for me. i fell absolutely in love. i did the 60-day program. it was easy. it was fun. it really helped reshape my entire body. piyo is the perfect program, guaranteed to produce jaw-dropping results that can literally be life changing. this is rachel's story. >> i was at a point in my life where i was at the lowest of the low. i had been overweight for over 10 years. little things like trying to get the laundry up and down the stairs, doing the daily chores, doing the gardening outside, playing with my children was nonexistent. and i thought, "something has to change." when i began piyo, i was skeptical.

"there is no way that this stretching stuff is gonna make me lose weight." at the end of the first week, i knew that this was the answer. the modifiers in this piyo program were so helpful to me in the very beginning. i was able to follow the modified ways, and i still saw results and i was still burning calories and still building strength. piyo does not require any equipment, no weights, no bands, nothing. i could do everything myself in the comfort of my own home. this program works. all i have to do is push "play" and get my workout in and follow the clean-eating nutrition guide and the weight is going to continue to come off. truly anyone can do it. since starting piyo, i have lost 65 pounds and 54 inches. i still have more weight to lose. i'm not finished yet. i know it's coming off. it's just a matter of time. [ applause ] >> how great does rachel look, everybody? [ applause ] >> thank you. >> i mean so awesome. what was your "aha" moment that brought you to this?

[ cheers and applause ] >> that's amazing. congrats. [ applause ] >> piyo is amazing. my body is completely different. in 60 days with piyo, i lost 24 pounds. i'm in better shape now than i was in high school. >> announcer: introducing piyo from celebrity trainer and fitness expert chalene johnson. >> i've combined the best of
