wanchanic eventually got cold and surrendered. now in criminal complaints we're learning more about what exactly happened to the two victims bryon howard and heather belieu. elias: local 5's claire powell walks us through the report. as monday's scene unfolded - you can see a confused step brother and roommate of michael wanchanic sitting next to the crime scene. he told local 5 news- off camera- wanchanic had been living with him, his stepmother, howard, belieu and their two children and was battling depression.. he said wanchanic was struggling with the one year anniversary of his fathers death when he shot and killed bryon howard and heather belieu. "probably wont make any sense to us" according to a criminal complaint filed wednesday morning, wanchanic "willfully, deliberately killed the victims by shooting them multiple times." killing belieu while she held her 8 month old infant in her arms
