during the winter months has hit cleveland ohio.... a group has distributed free scarves, hats, blankets, and other cold weather items to public areas around the city. the idea is to make them available to the city's homesless who are stuck in the cold. each item has a note saying it isn't a lost item, but to take it if you need it...and when you can to pay it forward. the charitable distribution has helped spark other generous acts by focusing on public areas. all: (reax)
