so what kind of punishment does he face at this point? here's abc's matt gutman. >> reporter: ethan couch escorted into the very flee. a tarrant county jail. the millionaire's son, w with the shaggy beard, bundled back to then escorted by two u.s. marshals after arriving in texas. >> i'm relieved for the victims, who continue to need somebody to represent them. those victims that need a voice. >> reporter: in 2013, the 16-year-old pled guilty to killing four bystanders in a drunk driving wreck. during sentencing, his legal team claimed he suffered from affluenza, too spoiled by his parents to know right from wrong. the judge gave him only probation, ten years. authorities say he and his mother skipped probation, crossing the border into mexico. in a hearing, the judge could decide to keep ethan couch locked up until his 19th birthday.

iowa caucuses seven of the top candidates were there. but front-runner donald trump bootted the event. full coverage on both sides of the race just ahead. the four remaining militia members at the oregon wildlife refuge say they'll leave but only if they're not arrested. the group's l leader has urged everyone to go home and end the nearly month-long standoff. the zika virus is spreading explosively in the america wiz could see up to 4 million c cases over the next year according to e world health organization. there are at least 31 cases so far here in the u.s. all people who came down with the virus elsewhere. founding members of the jefferson airplane, paul kantner has passed away. the 74-year-old guitarist and singer had suffered a heart attack earlier this week and die died of organ failure. those ar some of our top stories on this friday, january
