the tax ag at least two bystanders and two police detectives pulled a 73-year-old man out of his car after it crashed in in a pond outside city hall. he had been hit by another elderly driver, a 77-year-old woman,hich sent his car careening right into that pond. no one was hurt. the same can't be said for that car. there will be more testimony today in a baltimore courtroom at a hearing to decide if a convicted murderer should get a new trial. the case of adnan syed was the first season of the popular "serial" podcast. he was convicted in the 1999 murder of his former girlfriend. but the podcast raised questions about the case. on the stand yesterday, a witness claimed she saw him at a library during the time prosecutors claimed he was committing the crime. she also said a former prosecutor said the potential alibi was irrelevant.
