" sabrina: board members say, regardless of their decision, these companies will want to transport crude oil. those local five has spoken with say the board is being very deliberate throughout this whole process....includi ng taking the right steps to come to a decision. don tormey, iub spokesman: "it sounds like the board is trying to really narrow down the issues that they need to address and they're asking staff to help them do that." sabrina: before their next meeting on the pipeline next friday....the board's legal team has been asked to put together a pros and cons list from this week's sessions. a decision could be made at that meeting, but again, there's no timeline for when they must make a decision. the meeting will be public...but can also be streamed online... elias:
